The location is very nice, as the hotel is located nearby shopping streets and restaurants.

The carpet in the hallway of the floor, the room is located was smelly. It needs at least a deep cleaning, if not a replacement.

Very good location for the Christmas markets, 10 minute walk from the main ones, 5 minute walk from the Kurhaus, 30 min walk to the thermal baths through the park. In front of a termal water fountain.Great breakfast for this range of hotel.

Not my first time at this Hotel. Location is excellent and the staff are welcome and friendly.

There is some construction going on (renovation) which was slightly annoying but definitely needed!I hope that the rooms will be made new and modern!

I visited Mainz and Wiesbaden over the weekend, and stayed one night. It turned out to be considerably cheaper to stay in Wiesbaden, and by train it it only 15 minutes between the cities. This hotel is well located to visit central Wiesbaden. It is some distance form the train station, but there are frequent buses stopping just outside the hotel. It is close to shopping and the nice area around the casino and theater. The room was good.

I was a bit unlucky and got a room with a view of the neighboring building, with luck there could be a nicer view to the neraby square.

Very dirty , broken hotel. Bathroom and sink way too small. Water damage and mault in the room.

The room was great and location was great.

No parking at the hotel. Parking garage is 7 minute walk away from hotel. Paid 16 Euro for 24 hours.When you look at Google for the hotel it gives you the wrong impression on parking.

Location was ideal for city walking. Room size was ample for two people. Breakfast was sufficient and satisfactory.

Room was too warm for sleeping, no A/C. Hotel doesn't have a parking garage, and the suggested public parking was further away than expected.

This is a nice property with good value and location. Rooms are good sized and the amenities above par. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff congenial.

Add coffee to the in-room tea kettle options.

The hotel is located in the city center. The reception staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot.

Booked the hotel for visiting family members. They were happy with everything, they said. Friendly and efficient staff at reception and easy telephone contact.The location in the middle of town is excellent.

Very friendly front desk (esp My Huber). Breakfast was incredible. Liked making my own waffles!

We had a double bed with two single mattress put together and you could tell one was way more warn out then the other. The room was not so clean. You could see marks on everything and dusty a bit. Empty tissue container.

Quite good breakfast. Room was okay, pretty lout as facing to the front street on the first floor.
