The room size and staff support was great. Also the breakfast

Both rooms needed more lighting. We could hardly see. Also, the smaller room could use a nice chair to read in. Would have been nice to have a keurig or kettle, but the waters were certainly appreciated!

I stayed for five nights in July. I loved the inviting ambiance, chic decor, and the fantastic full breakfast. I felt safe staying there alone - good location and sense of security.

There was only one pillow per person in the set-up. Would have been nice to have one more for comfort.

I loved the individual and tasteful decor. The breakfast was excellent.

The carpets up the stairs and in the hallways are of urgent need of replacement.

Be very careful if you arrive after 9:00 pm. When I arrived, the reception was closed, the keys were left inside, and the phone number provided was out of service, so there was no way to contact anyone.If you are traveling by car, do not come: the parking keys are also kept inside the reception, which makes it impossible to access the parking outside reception hours.It is supposed to be a winter hotel, yet after cleaning they leave the windows open, making the room extremely cold. On top of that, there was no working heater (or at least none that functioned properly).Overall, poor organization, lack of basic communication, and unacceptable conditions for winter stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel very close to the downtown of Wiesbaden. Lots of restaurants, shops and other amenities within walking distance. Very convenient for the on the go business traveler or or someone without a vehicle. The hotel breakfast was delicious with lots of vegan options and I am not a vegan but it balance out my other meals to have a fresh and healthy option.

The street parking is very tight and hard to find. Their is parking in the garage but you have to pay for it. The street is a one way and narrow. Got stuck on the street because of car illegally parked and a garbage truck could not pass. We had to wait for the Polizei to show up and tow the car blocking the path. Other than that I had no complaints.

The hotel location was excellent! Very easy walking distance to downtown.

Street parking was sometime difficult but cannot always be helped in a larger city

Unique decor, comfortable bed, good walkability area, and lots of breakfast options.

Shower curtain didn’t completely cover the water from leaking out.

The parking was locked from 2100 untill 0700 and the staff never informed me when arrange and arrived

Shabby. A bit strange. Felt like a college dorm. At one time was probably quite charming. Carpets filthy. Needs a paint job. Weird decor. Breakfast was dismal.

Hotel Villa Klemm Weisbaden❤️ hidden gem of the city! The 18th Century building with a touch of modern facilities wow! Stayed for two nights in a large room with balcony?❤️ perfect! The staffs are nice, they have a paid parking garage on the side €10( per day). They accept dog for free?Location is superb! 5-6 minutes walk to shopping and restaurants , 15 minutes walk to casino. Breakfast is awesome. We loved this place, we would come back here. Highly recommended!!!!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast area was very nice. They did have some snacks leftover from then.

Check-in states it is at 1400, but when arrived the room was not ready until 1530. With a small child, this caused a lot of inconvenience. We were offered a late check out of 1200 once we asked for it. However, the housekeeping arrived promptly at 1100 to clean the room. This was bizarre considering the day prior they didn’t even begin cleaning our room until the 1400 check-in. Also, the rug in the room was covered in pet hair and the couch had several stains. The shower drain was clogged and the shower flooded the bathroom to where we had to use every towel to soak up the water. It’s an older building needing updates.

Central location - walking distance to town center and restaurants. Nice big room and fantastic breakfast. Staff is very friendly.

Location was great, close to the many parks in this lovely city. Breakfast, included was great. And excellent value!Quirky interior design.

The breakfast was not as good as I've typically had. I booked a room for 2 adults and a teenager, but when I arrived there was only 1 bed. Instead of trying to fix the issue, I was charged for an additional room and told to complain to booking.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to town centre. The breakfast was very good breakfast with a lot of choice. There is parking available, for 20 EUR, at the Hotel which is good as the street outside was fully parked with cars.

We were looking forward to staying in a Villa but ended up in a neighbouring building which was nothing special. The room was small, our bedroom window opened up to the main pedestrian way. The street was busy and noisy.

Lively breakfast lots of choice. Room was good. Beds were comfy, shower could have done with a door.

Great hotel with beautiful decor and an old soul. Amazing breakfast variety. Monika at the reception is amazing and very helpful.
