    • Didn’t want to blame the hotel because I am assuming, based on past experiences with booking.com that messages are not passed on quickly so last minute are not fixed. I could not manage 21 o’clock check in and the alternative was relayed too late. (Wifi issues on train were a factor too, and a lost phone)

    Cons -

    • No towels, no TV, no staff available, elevator stopped working, toilet seat did not have a cover and the bottom was lose. Property dirty still under construction.
    • Disrespectful people.. no one answers calls .I find in my room trashcan with a used condoms. This junk hotel should be shut down immediately
    • Very unclean and smelly. Hot and the light in bathroom weren’t working. Stairs and windows in the duplex are unsafe

I like fact that we lived through the experience and did not loose our lives in this short and deeply regretful experience...I like that I am not there; that it is staying there and cannot be here. Though the visuals and odor will stay with a person for some time, I like the fact that I cannot see nor smell this property any longer. Do not traumatize yourself and those traveling with you. Do not stay at Ring Hotel.

Oh, only if time could permit the whole list to be shared...A folding table would have been an upgrade to the check in counter. The lobby was waiting for its online order of a drug deal and a New York city subway rat to finish the ambiance. I couldn’t tell if we were walking to our room or being led throw a crime scene staging area. The room…the key was not necessary because the door did not lock. The railings were falling out fo the wall. Safety features for the beds in the “loft” area were broken and missing half their piece. I like to keep my whole child safe, rather than only half. The railing would have impailed them if they were to roll out of bed. Oh, the beds, the sheets were filthy and three sizes too small. The bathrooms matched the New York City subway rat vibe from lobby, smell and all. The smell was a pungent broken sewer line. We walked right back out and returned the keys to the front folding table, I mean check in counter. We have yet to hear from Ring Hotel management or Booking.com on a refund. Do not book. Sleep on the street. It is safer snd cleaner.

They stated tv and free wifi but I wasn’t provided with none.

They stated on their website for tv and free wifi but none was provided to me.

    2RemkoPosted on: 3-13-2025

    Disappointing

The sink was leaking, there was no tv that was advertised, also no closet. The light in the bathroom was broken. There was no wifi because the codes were supposed to be in the room but were not. Finally the curtain was extremely seethrough and there were people at the fire escape stairs looking into my room after taking a shower

    It’s a bad experience, nothing I like.

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The customer service is beyond unacceptable—one of the staff members actually yelled at me for no reason! This is completely unprofessional and disgraceful. I am paying for a service, not to be treated with such disrespect. It is shocking that a so-called hospitality business employs people who have zero basic manners. To make things worse, there was a constant animal noise coming from somewhere in the hotel that lasted the entire night. I couldn’t sleep at all, and no one seemed to care or do anything about it. This place is a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone against staying here. If you value respect, peace, and a good night’s sleep, stay far away from this hotel!

    free internet (worked well!)friendly staff

A rather old place with a cold atmosphere. The rooms are not very inviting. > No TV> stains on the walls and partly on the beds, including some hairs> many dusty spots on the floor> the location although fairly easy to access is not worth the nightly rate in my opinion

    1MansurPosted on: 9-29-2024

Just location is ok! But others no!

Yes, I noticed that there were bedbugs in the bed and all over my body there were swollen areas. I am thin and I thought I was allergic to food but bedbugs kept me warm at the hotel for days. I will complain about the hotel. I returned to Turkey today. I am covered in terrible bites everywhere.

    1FrankPosted on: 9-16-2024

WARNING! THIS HOTEL IS FULL OFF BED BUGS FOR +4 MONTHS. I HAVE MORE THAN 10,000 BITES. THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING AND DO NOT REACT. ALSO THE PICTURES OF THE HOTEL ARE NOT IN LINE WITH THE REAL SITUATION.@BOOKING; PLEASE, DO ANYTHINGH TO AVOID MORE VICTUMS. AND HELP ME WHAT I CAN DO.

HOTEL WASN'T CLEAN, IT LOOKS LIKE A PRISON WITHOUT HYGIENE. AND MOST IMPORT; NO RESPONSIBILITY.

    Absolutely horrific.

Filthy. This place is not safe. It is infested with bed bugs and other vermin. Nothing works. It is not properly maintained or cleaned. The health department needs to shut it down. My legs and arms are all bit up. I‘m worried about my health after this place.

    6RicardoPosted on: 6-21-2024

Clean bed, clean shower, no bugs :)

Some pigeons were annoying outside of the room.

    1AfsanehPosted on: 6-20-2024

I had a really bad night there.

I was in room number 4 and the bed was full of small insects (bed bugs). So I was awake all night. And there was no reception at night. I agree that the price was low, but it was not as clean as a place for humans to sleep.

It's hard to call it a hotel, it looks like staff accommodation

There was mould on the wall in the room and when the lights went out there were bugs in the room

Best, most comfortable bed I ever slept in, nicely decorated, not as spartanic as other accommodations in the price range, large room, great price, quiet, great hot shower. Super nice and flexible host that accommodated late arrival although the possibility was not advertised. Easy to get to by bus from the station, and everyone at the bus station was super approachable to point me in the right direction.

Well, it needs some repairs, but for that price, the benefits more than made up for it.

    1MatambulaPosted on: 2-26-2024

Absolutly nothing. One of my worst experiences as a guest in a hotel. I wish to not re-new it any time soon.

_ Badly maintained building: I've almost fallen down because of the scrappy tiled floor in the main entrance_ No TV in the room!_ uncleaned towels in the bathroom and uncleaned sheets in the sleeping room_ I suspected the presence of bugs too_ I found hairs in the bathroom
