Staff where very pleasant and the hotel was in an accessible location

Rooms were very tired, and small but you get what you pay for

Clean,quiet and warm.

Would love much better cooking in the restaurant.

Breakfast was fab and the staff were lovely.

Room was a bit cold and building work until gone 6.00pm not so cool.

Value for money stay met expectations for overnight stop. Good breakfast. Clean.

Uninspiring location, but expected for the price and simply somewhere to lay our heads. Starting to look dated.

Most accommodating with our late check-in. Thanks. The room was warm and tidy and was clean. It had all that was needed for a comfy night.The bed was excellent.The breakfast was also very nice, we didn't book it but they were very accommodating with that too.

One of the plug sockets didn't work. The lights in the bathroom took forever to turn on. There was a weird stain on the floor that I avoid stepping in.

This is our 2nd stay at this great little hotel stop for an over night stay if you are travelling up to catch the euro tunnel or ferry. Lovely friendly staff who were very welcoming to us and our very timid pet Labrador. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice and the restaurant in the evening was open offering a good choice of food at a reasonable price. Lots of space and gardens outside the hotel and ground floor rooms are always a plus when traveling with your pets. Highly recommend this lovely little hotel.

The evening meal was good value for money and well cooked and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The bedroom felt a little overdue for a refurbishment and needed to be better aired although the bed was very comfortable.

Carpet was stained. Bathroom looked good at first glance but fittings were shoddy.

Easy to access, also later hours, staff prepared access to room, good to reach, clean, I think value for price was ok! Good if you are on the road and just need a bed to stay, parking lot right there!

Nothing nearby. No offer of bar facilities. Clearly being used by itinerant workers as cheap basic accommodation- which is fine but not expected at the price.Less good were the numerous spiders in the room, heavily soiled and aged carpet, although linen and bathroom both clean.Worst was mould on the ceiling above the door.It is a long way for a drink or food, ie a drive, but very convenient first fuel and Carrefour across the street in the morning. Overall, avoid.

A cheap stop-over hotel close to the autoroute. Does everything that is needed very effectively. Carrefour out eh back for food and fuel before heading onwards the next morning.

Location only an hour and a half to the shuttle.Bed linen and towels nice and clean

The bed was relatively comfy and they let us check in to the room early as well. Free parking and on-site too. In terms of value for money, I paid less than £70 was perfect for that price!

This absolutely isn't a hotel, it is a motel! Windows can't be open at night, despite there being a latch, still not safe as people walk past and look in to windows (even during the day).The decor is very tired. Only 1 set of towels, went with my partner. The man behind reception when I went to breakfast, wouldn't let me in for breakfast, but there was then a huge language barrier. Eventually he did find my booking for breakfast. Hot drinks served in paper cups, not mugs.

Duvet too heavy for summer use. Husband deaf but no sous-titre avaiable on TV
