Pros +
- Rooms had good a/c
- 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the pool and hot tubs (although there were 3 last year and only 2 this year) Hammam was being repaired but we were warned about this when booking. The Chinese restaurant next door is a highlight. Will stay again, its a very convenient stop over for us when driving back to the UK from the alps
- Without any doubt, the swimming pool was the strongest point for the hotel. Also the breakfast was quite good. Rooms are average (a bit more 2** than 3*** in some aspects) spacious, but old.
Cons -
- The central courtyard on the top floor was like an oven in the afternoon/ evening and still hot at breakfast time although a/c was put on to help.
- The decor is a little tired but everything is clean and organised
- Some quirks that are complicated to understand, like the hair dryer placed behind the bathroom door.... Mandatory card to open the room lights, but not keyless door (so, when you try to exit, you need to open the door without any light)....

Comfy bed, clean room, free public car parking, all you can eat Chinese buffet next door.
Didn’t realise hotel was in a retail park. Hotel had run out of bath towels so had to use hand towels.
Breakfast was lovely. Air conditioning worked and bed was comfy.
Spa hot tubs were dirty
Pleasant
Check in only after 17:00… in case of an earlier arrival… you need to call the receptionist before…
This property is to be avoided at all costs.
It is probably the strangest ‘hotel’ it has ever been my misfortune to stay at. The location is terrible basically situated in a shopping area which is completely empty after 5pm. Look at some of the reviews on trip advisor and these basically sum thd property up. Booking . Cons how’s the check out time as from 7.30 am but in truth there is no one there at that time. I would not recommend staying at this place.
Quirky
Shortage of evening staff. The one person serving was very polite considering the obstacles put in her way by the number of people to serve and the very very poorly stocked bar she was also looking after (slavery?). No draught beers, no tonic water, poor original selection of bottled beer of which some were 'none left'.

Large stains on the sides of the bed and on the carpet in the room. Thick visible layer of dust on the skirting boards in the room and bathroom. Toilet not cleaned. The silicone joints partly with black mold or only provisionally patched. Dust also on the other furnishings. The price for this uncleaned room was outrageous. I don't need to post photos, there have already been enough pictures posted by other dissatisfied guests about the same misery. Dinner was a big plate but not really good or tasty. All in all, a little more cleanliness and maintenance would have given this room a much better rating. The manager certainly needs to work on the professionalism of his cleaning staff and quality control. If I hadn't had car trouble, I wouldn't have stayed here for a second.
The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The staff were very helpful.
Its location is strange, being in a commercial park. The website pictures really don’t give a true representation of the hotel!
My room was clean and a good size. The hotel was fine as somewhere to lay my head for a couple of nights. The Chinese restaurant next door did a good all you can eat buffet for €22.
The bar and restaurant weren't open when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and were closed for the day. One of the rooms booked by my friends had not been cleaned.
Comfortable bed/ air conditioning in the room/ parking.
Opening hours of the reception and check-in time is too late. Cleanliness could be improved, and the water in the swimming pool was cold and dirty. Pictures not matching with reality.
The staff was friendly and exchanged my room immediately.
Pictures are very outdated. Everything is run down and dirty. Not only is everything in dire need of renovations, the rooms were not clean at all. Dust and stains everywhere. Especially the bathroom was nasty. Even with patches of mold in the first room offered to me. At least the second room did not smell as bad as the first, so I could get some sleep after a long day on the road.
It's a 3 star hotel in a retail park on the outskirts of town, so temper your expectations on its setting! But we found it provided a very comfortable base for our family weekend trip exploring the WWI battlefields in the area. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was good, and the kids loved the pool (quite cold) and spas, and the pool and foosball tables. It's not far to drive into the centre of Cambrai for some dinner either (which is worth doing).
Some wet patches on the hallway floor from a leak, and the musak in the hallway could be slightly heard in the rooms if aircon off.
Spa is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there but the food looked really great.
We were a bit surprised by the location in a shopping complex, but overall it is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely stay there again
Great small pool and sauna, comfy bed, very friendly staff. Our 5 year old loved this place. And we appreciated being able to keep our dog with us. Good value place for a night's stop over, but unlikely to stay longer.
Carpets are very old and it's slightly odd to be in an out of town shopping centre!
Bad
Spa was useless, hot tub lukewarm, sauna and hammam cold. Food very poor, meat was inedible.
friendly staff
No checkin before 5 hotel locked, dirty rooms and awful location, car was keyed all down one side while parked .website is very good it doesn’t show the hotel as it really is !!
Look its a travellers guest house - it does what it says on the tin. Perfectly pleasant people and b'fast was good.Fabulous value for money Chinese buffet just beside the hotel!
location is pretty dire but it works as access to motorway
Location suited us as a stop over for our journey
Quiet, closing on arrival with little around to plug the gap
