Great atmosphere; solid, German breakfast; good location; quiet and spacious room

It would be nice if breakfast included something warm to eat

Boutique hotel...very cozy and comfortable..Good breakfast. Great location. Use of kitchen was allowed, which was an added luxury.

The bed separated in 2 parts was constantly moving, so definitely not for a couple activities.No mini-fridge

It is a nice place to stay for an economical budget and a parking space outside the facility along the road which is free. Lucky that there‘s still one parking space left for us when we arrived on a rainy evening. ?

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! The property is charming, well-maintained, and offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making our experience truly enjoyable.A special thank you to the wonderful owners for their kindness and excellent service. They went above and beyond by promptly sending us an item we had accidentally left in our room. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Decorations inside really impressive, cozy but with a balcony facing inner garden. Location is perfect with Natto supermarket nearby and just 10 mins walk to town center, convient but not noisy. Staffs carry smiles all the time, breakfast is on the top floor, not like normal canteen but more like a lovely afternoon teahouse with unique furnitures. Every set of table has its own style.

Lift seems to have long history.

Room was mostly good, breakfast was very nice, and the common room where breakfast is served is very nice for meetings.

Tiny shower stall, lumpy pillow, duvet was barely long enough and kept slipping off.

The breakfast room is vwry special! Even though the breakfast itself could be better (there was no warm food) the breakfast experience was nice.

The room was very cold when I went in and the window was open. Luckily I was able to turn on the radiator. The location is not the most convenient one since it’s a bit out of the city centre.

Was cutely decorated and there was a little patio outside the room.

The bed wasn’t that comfy and the sheets smelled very strong like mildew.

A resort-like feel near the green zone and university. It's a nice location if you want to walk around Bonn. Though it could be a bit far from the city center, around 20 mins. The surroundings are really nice, a lot of forestete parks and a cemry. A quaint town center nearby with groceries and cafes.

There is a highway nearby, that you can hear in the mornings. Though the hotel is fully refurbished, sometimes you get this 80s feeling from the doors and elevators.

location is nice and common spaces were okay

the room were not clean at all, and they were full of dust and under bed, and the desk weren't vacuumed in a long time.we asked for a change of room because we found coackroaches, and the room was humid and smelled weird.we when asked for new rooms we were downgraded to smaller rooms didn't get the refund.after we complained about the rooms and coackroaches we wanted to check out but they wouldn't give us a refund for the remaining nights and when we came in the evening the rooms weren't even cleaned even though we asked for that.

No A/C and stays hot for a long time.

The location is excellent for the property! Great eateries and supermarkets at walking distance from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also nice, even with limited options they did cover most of the preferred food choices.

The room can have a little less furniture to make it a bit more spacious

Room was well furnished, location was very good. Reachable very easily by public transport.

The hotel has lot of woolen things around because of the theme. Pleople allergic to wool should avoid staying there.

The hotel was clean .located in a nice location.young man on reception was polite and helpful. Liked the quirkiness of decoration in the hotel.

On arrival we were told we hadn't got a booking .this was booked in dec 2023.After a while the young man on reception found our booking but we were told they could only accommodate us for 1 night instead of 2.stating that was down to an update on the hotels computer system .we were told we could go to there sister hotel in cologne for the 2nd nightwhich we said that was fine.the next morning we were told that that the hotel in cologne wasn't possible.we were then given another choice of hotel in another town .as a group of 8 people we wernt happy.the hotel we were sent to was HOTEL ZUM ANKER IN ANDERNACH KOBLENZ .WHICH WAS 70 km. we also had to make our own way there..it was a lovely town but not the city break we had booked and the day was spent wasted travelling .the receptionist in bonn did his best to help us but with no help from his boss.

The staff was very kind; the position is good: 30 minutes by foot to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The hotel must be renovated: all the furniture and the building are old. The bathroom in my room had a clogged sink, the shower had an old curtain instead of the box. Because of this, taking a shower flooded the whole bathroom.Definitely not good value for money.

The hotel was in a silent area with restaurant and shops located near by. Birds was singing and alot of green areas around. I liked the style of the hotel, it made me feel at home.

Immaculate cleanliness and retro style decor is very well done

Rooms and bathroom were a bit small, but immaculate and good value.
