What to say

The room was very small, with that thick carpet that you don't want to step on barefoot. The whole impression in the room is kind of old. The bed was sunk in the middle, so no matter how you moved to the side, you would end up in the middle. It's not easy to get to the hotel with your car right in front of it to get into their garage. I circled around that neighborhood for about 15 minutes until I managed to get through some streets (I assume the pedestrian zone) and entered the garage. Of course you have to pay 15.00 Euro per night for parking. If you come on weekends, on Saturdays after 13:00PM you can park around the hotel for free, but not in the pedestrian zone. Breakfast was a small banquet, typical hotel nothing special

The hotel appeared to be of good quality but this was not the reality. It was expensive and not easy to navigate around the stairs and lift. The bathroom was very good and overall amenities in the room were good.

The evening staff were not responsive; the parking was very tight for parking vehicles and the cost of this had increased after booking. There was a lot of noise outside on the street. We had booked 4 rooms - 2 of these were of a good size and 2 of them were less so.

Breakfast was fine, the bar was open at night, 24hours reception

We were charged extra for some bed sheets ?‍♂️ way to expensive for what it offers, we paid almost 550€ for two nights ... initially booking.com charged us 380€ but the hotel came with excuses and charged us more... would not recommend since the price will not gonna be what you pay on booking.com, they will charge you more.

Location. Staff was friendly and warm. Easy check in and check out process highly recommend!

There was no refrigerator in the room which was a real downside but otherwise all was good!

The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of Bad Godesberg and a short walk from the train station. There is a bakery right across the street and a bar down the street and many restaurants nearby. The room was very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful.

There was a bad smell in the hallway, but luckily, you couldn't smell it in the room. The bed was a little bit small, but it was comfortable. There is no elevator to get to the reception, which is on the 2nd floor. To get to our room we had to go up one more flight of stairs!

Location is great, close to the train station, right in the city centre. Single room number 108 was small but comfortable and quiet enough at night.

The door of the shower cabin did not close properly, the strip on the bottom was torn. The bathroom floor flooded. The night manager promptly brought in old towels and I had to dry up the floor. The strip was not fixed. I used the hand shower setting the next time, and the flooding was much less. I asked and received a free cup of coffee as compensation.

The morning reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was far too hot and stuffy. The air conditioning was not aimed at the beds, so provided no relief.

Conveniently located in walking distance to the train station and the S-Bahn-station. Also, conveniently very close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Comfortable room. Very clean.

Room could have been a bit more spacious. When travelling with a lot of luggage, there is barely any room left. Desk a little small and Wifi did barely work .

Very central location close to the train station. Small but very well equipped rooms with very comfortable beds. Good selection at breakfast and great coffee machine. Very nicely decorated breakfast room.Very friendly staff for check in and check out.

The view from the room was terrible (onto the roof of the next house and a huge exhaust pipe) and it was a little stuffy in the rooms.

The hotel was very clean and was close to Bonn Bad Godesberg station.

It is very old fashioned. The location is not the best. Great if you want to go for a kebab or an ice cream but not much else in the area.

I was lucky to get a room in an incredibly busy period of climate meeting where everything is booked. Great location for my needs, nice breakfast, supportive staff, clean room (but too small, price ratio not good). Good connection to train and U-bahn Bonn system, quiet environment.

Price for the room, but I understand it is high season and high demand. Room size is small, but since it is for one person, it was OK for a couple of nights. No lift to go to reception (one set of stairs), so if the luggage is too heavy, it may be an issue for some people - on the other hand, reception offered help when departing

There was no lift to take up luggage from the front door to the reception.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was assisted nicely throughout my stay. the breakfast was great with all sorts of food to cater for all needs.

The entrance was steps to the reception floor, i had expected a lift as stated in the booking website.

Check in, parking and storage for the bikes went well. Staff is very responsive and good.

Should have had 3 twins beds, but got a double and a sofa bed. Shower had issues - got floor all wet. Beds were very soft.

Everything was great! Clean place, nice breakfast, comfortable bed and surrounded of many shops and stores.

Finding the parking was a bit complicated, we ended parking on the street and it was cheaper.

Very helpful staff, incredibly friendly and English speaking when we couldn't manage the German. Good cosy bar is available, and breakfast was hot and fresh when we had it (you can also have it taken to your room).

Although the underground parking is next to the hotel, the directions we were given were a little hard to follow (it's next to the hotel, just drive the long way down the one way pedestrian street and you'll find it). The parking was also limited for spots so make sure you get there with good time

The hotel is in a very nice part of the city with lots of cafes and shops. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good too.

Nothing really, it perfectly served the purpose. There is no restaurant in the hotel for dinner, but there are plenty of places to eat around.
