Friendly staff, nice location, quiet area.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to share that this is really one of the best hotels I had. Super quiet, zero noise in the night. Very comfortable bed, mattress, and cushion. Plug next to bed, plugs also available at desk (not always the case in other hotels). Very nice bathroom with window. Excellent breakfast, includes salmon, scrambled eggs and bacon, vegetables

I like how cute the interior is, the fresh flowers at the restaurant, the great breakfast and friendly staffs. Temperature is right, shower and water pressure is great. Shampoo, soap and lotion are provided.

Charming hotel in a lovely and quiet part of Bad Godesberg, easily accessible by foot to the center. The receptionist was friendly and kind; she even lent me an umbrella when it started storming. The room itself was clean, tidy, and had a comfortable bed and blackout blinds which I quite appreciated. A water kettle and free tea/coffee were also provided, as were basic toiletries.

This was my second stay at Hotel Haus Berlin, but this time I was assigned the room on the ground floor right next to the front door/reception and breakfast room. I didn't like this as I could hear other guests outside smoking and coming in and out of the hotel late at night. The first time I stayed here I was given the top floor room (a more pleasant experience). Next time, I will ensure to request an upper floor room and certainly not the ground floor one. If you are sensitive to noise or a light sleeper, be aware and consider requesting the same.

Beautiful residential area with villas , very quiet. Hotel with modernized rooms - looked new. Good beds and shower and breakfast.

New and very clean room with nice breakfast. The centre of Bonn is easily reachable with public transport (20min away). The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area with many villas

Value for money with an excellent staff. The best neighborhood in Bad Godesberg. Very trustworthy. Safe neighborhood with plenty of free parking around.

A nice quiet and clean room, in a quiet neighborhood. Just everything you would need in a room when you are staying for just a couple of days.

When I arrived I was greeted by the doorbell. I found my key and was informed on the envelope, that the breakfast I had ordered would be served in a collaborative hotel about a 10-minute walk away. I wasn't aware of that before I booked, but was able to cancel my breakfast. At the day I meant to leave I returned to the room, just to find a painter in my room, even though I informed the staff when I meant to leave. I asked him to leave, which he did. While I gathered my things I had the receptionist walk into my room without knocking. All of this made me feel rather uncomfortable.

A small hotel in a quiet, leafy suburb. The room was well equipped. Nice tall ceiling, excellent shower, comfortable bed. An attractive view from the balcony. A superb restaurant over the road.

The front door intercom was not working properly therefore finding the key location was a problem on arrival. I had to telephone the management for instructions.I don't think the person to whom I spoke understood this issue. A pity that the balcony had a dirty ash tray and there was a bottle top on the floor.

The individual rooms are downstairs (in the basement) and therefore a little dark. But it's not a big issue and I would definitely recommand this hotel
