The place was good and very clean! The restaurant is also good and tasty.

It gets a bit noisy at night when there is too much wind.

I had to be in this particular part of Bonn, so the location was perfect FOR ME. May not seem perfect to the regular tourist. The quality of the property, the helpfulness of the staff — all perfect!

The breakfast is not that impressive, but you don’t have to have it, do you.

We had such a wonderful stay. The check in process was smooth and easy. The room was so spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. And it was very affordable. We would stay here again!

Hotel is very cute and cozy, nice area around and kind people working there! Food in the restaurand is very nice.

Staff was ok but for instance, there was a wine fair a few streets away which was very nice to spend the evening with some music and local wines but they did not recommend it to us or ask if we needed any other kind of information or recommendation. In this sense, the service could improve.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Restraunt very good and reasonably priced. Parking on the street generally fine.

Coffee / tea in room would be a great addition. Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday, as is quite usual, others a short walk away but up hill on the way back.

There was no kettle and no access to boiled water, no complimentary water as well.

I had an excellent experience mostly with the hotel, but once in the restaurant (both are dog friendly).I was lucky enough (and very grateful) to be upgraded to one of the rooms in their adjacent, newer building (just across the road). Entry to this building is secure and can only be accessed by your room's keycard (which also allows access to the reception area in the older building). This new building also features a small, modern elevator to get to the upper floors...handy for me as was on the top floor.The upgraded room I was assigned to was immaculately clean, very spacious (bathroom too), and furnished with modern furniture, bed, and large flatscreen TV (Netflix app is available). It was an open planned designed with lounge/sitting room combined with the bedroom (containing a very comfortable, soft yet supportive, King mattress). The lounge area contained a sofa bed and matching chair, plus a sitting chair. The room also contained a desk with a chair, a small mini-bar fridge (stocked with drinks and snacks), a large mirrored wardrobe, and a luggage rack, with two bedside tables next to the bed. Heating was provided by either an air-conditioner or by two separate water radiators - these radiators performed very well. The two large windows had curtains and electric outdoor blinds for privacy at night.The bathroom was very bright and well lit, had a heated floor and towel rack, large vanity mirror, and a large walk-in shower (excellent water pressure and hot water supply).As I had to extend my stay twice, the last few nights I had to move to another room. This was much smaller (bathroom as well), but the quality was still the same, as to the cleanliness. The only downside to this other room is that the TV did not feature the Netflix app (and the vast number of channels available were mostly in German....or German dubbed).Both rooms and throughout the property (and between buildings) had good WiFi with a constant and strong connection.

Roadside parking during the day can be rare to find, but it is free.

Room size is a bit small..

The hotel gave us a free upgrade which is very nice. The rooms are large and clean. I also manage d to borrow a kettle to boil some water for my child to take medication.

The breakfast provided by the restaurant is Al carts so choices are very limited.

I liked this time another room, bigger and nicer, in a different building. And everything was very clean.

I had not flashed pee in the toilet, it was disgusting. So I doubted that the toilet was cleaned after being used. Probably, not.

Lovely place in a quiet location. They have a garage to store bicycles and electric ones can be charged in there. I had dinner there and liked it a lot. I also liked that one can choose the kind of breakfast one wants, e.g. when you only want a small one you pay less.

Very noisy bathroom hoods that turn on together with light, you can hear it when neighbours use their bathroom, especially late in the night. Also there was a noisy device working in the basement.Breakfast was good but definitely overpriced.Update: We are so disappointed being accused of sharing false information in the Property response!> you judge our breakfast which you did not book and did not eatWe ordered a breakfast on arrival: Das „deftige“ Frühstück, 14,90 € per person, that contained “Wahlweise 2 Spiegel- oder Rühreier mit Speck, 2 Brötchen, Wurst-Käseauswahl, Butter”. And we ate it! Eggs with some slices of ham and cheese, in our opinion, don’t cost this amount.> you did not have any neighbors as the adjacent room was not occupied that night.In the midnight we spoke with a lady living in a room above our if she could turn off the lights and hoods in her bathroom.Very disappointing! This is just not how you treat customers feedback!
