No coffee/tea making in room and no bar

-Although the sauna opens in the evening you can request to have it prepared earlier.-The view to the river and the church next to the hotel is amazing.-There is a winter bar outside in the evening with heating

-The bathroom was not entirely clean-I took a tea not long after breakfast and although I didn't have one at breakfast I was charged another 4€ which is expensive for a basic tea and especially considering I already paid 22€ for breakfast.-One of the staff at breakfast was quite rude to other customers because they sat on the windows seat. The couple had previously asked the receptionist if seating at the window is possible and was told yes and then the lady at breakfast said I don't care the reception has nothing to do with us please move. Even if it did not affect me personally, I find it unacceptable.

Great location — short distance to the central area, a playground and a metro station. Lovely breakfast, helpful staff. Beautiful view to the Rhein River from the balcony at the lobby area.

I wish they could accommodate our family of 4 (two kids, 6 and 4) in the same room. Bathroom a little tight, but not a big deal. Also the walk from and to the central area is through a dark-ish path at night (we didn’t feel unsafe though).

The automatic key to the garage did not work ONE single time. Over the unsecured WiFi my cellphone got infected with pop up windows from a presentation that was given at the same time by Astra Seneca in one of the conference rooms.The room did not offer USB ports for fast charging. The pillows were slim and didn’t offer much support. Good mattress and nice blanket. The toilet was congested one evening and didn't flush but the front desk could not help because the plunger had been hidden by the building staff. The gym is pathetically tiny and lacking machines.The breakfast is overpriced at E 25 and should be E 12 to E 15 instead.

The location by the river, amazing view and room was spacious and fresh.

Restaurant is a joke, you never know if you can get food or not. Because they cater for many side functions, even if you are a guest and there are many vacant tables they will not take you. When they do, the food is good. The attitude is really regrettable. Waiters during breakfast prefer to set the tables for a la carte service three hours later than to look after guests. All in all, it is a very strange attitude for a hotel restaurant. They close before the announced hours for breakfast, dinner and room service. Very poor customer service in general but some of the staff were very helpful in trying to make up for that. They do need some reorganization regarding restaurant/catering. It is not reasonable that guests are not advised beforehand about these limitations.

not as good as expected

maybe we just got the worst room but the there was no internet in the room, the ac is not functioning stably, the shower head is partly broken, hot water running low in the morning, when when i moved in i noticed food crumbles of former guest left on the table. also the blanket is too thick for summer; combined with the ac problem i could not get a good night of sleep.

Perfect location on the river 5 mins walk into Bonn centre.Well appointment has everything for a comfortable stay. Outdoor terrace overlooking the river is beautiful.

Lovely hotel, great location, great room, very good restaurant, excellent parking

Beautifully appointed hotel on the banks of the Rhine & within walking distance of the city centre. Very good buffet breakfast & Italian restaurant in the basement. We’ll be very happy to stay here again.

The hotel was in a good location and had a lovely view of the river. The breakfast was adequate though there could have been more of a variety and labels.

The bedroom was very basic. The bathroom door had a hole in it. The water in the room was not replenished.The staff could have told us that the Bonn marathon was taking place on our day of departure and given us information as to where to meet our taxi taking us to the airport, as the taxi could not come anywhere near to the hotel. This forward thinking and initiative would have been useful.

Very close tot the city center in a really quiet area right next tot the Rhine river. The room was spacious and comfortable. Many towels at hand in the bathroom and aromatic shampoo. Large parking facilities above and underground.

The hair dryer needs to be replaced, not powerful and stops working at times. Shower doors do not close well, making the water leak into the floor.

Very nice hotel next to the river, with modern rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was good, offering lots of choices.

I liked my room but the bed was not really comfy. I don't know what it was. Maybe it was the tiny blanket, maybe the cushions. This is very subjective and is the only negative thing that I experienced during my 5 nights stay.

Location: close to center while in a nice quiet area, comfortable room, friendly staff

Lovely location and high standard decor.

Unfortunately arriving on Valentine’s Day the restaurant was fully booked, I felt alternative arrangements could have been made for hotel guests - offer of a bar meal for example but restaurant staff didn’t offer any such suggestions. The receptionist helped by ringing a few restaurants in the town centre but was unable to secure us anything.The hairdryer in the bedroom didn’t workWeWe ate breakfast in the hotel having made sure that this was included in our rate with the receptionist when we ch cked in. However on checkout we were charged an extra 20 euros per person for breakfast - fortunately the receptionist deducted this when we explained the situation.

Loved the clean big room. The little sauna and gym are a big plus! And the location is great! The chef lady at breakfast service was amazing!

The bathroom is small and while fully equiped is cramped.There is no lift from reception down to the dining rooms and restaurant - one must take the stairs.There is no lift from the underground garage so one must unload heavy suitcases before parking.

Care for customers; beds providing a quality sleep;

No elevator from the parking to the hotel lobby- but we knew it as it was mentioned before booking

Convenient for a short business trip.

Restaurant, room service and housekeeping closed at 9.30pm which is a bit early for late travelers.Very basic room amenities (no tea or water kettle in the room). Provides.only one pillow.
