Location and value were great. The pin pad entry was smooth and convenient.

Although there's a mini fridge in the room, there's no coffee maker. The room was also very warm and there was no fan available to help cool down overnight.

Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This was my repeat stay at the hotel. I prefer this hotel for the location close to the market and Bonn Station.

The room size of Hotels in Germany is normally small.

The staff was kind, and we completed the check-in and check-out process quickly. The room has also a fridge. Location is great.

The door to my room didn't have any sound absorption, and my room was located next to the stairs. So I woke up very early, which was a little bit annoying.

The location is perfect. Very close to city center and train station. Farshid from the staff was very helpful.

Great staff. My first room had a problem with the shower, so they were quick to move me to a room with a working shower. Good breakfast in the morning, good location.

My first room, an "einzelzimmer", felt quite cramped and uncomfortable. There was no hot water for the shower but when I told the front desk, they quickly moved me to a new room, a Doppelzimmer. Even If you are traveling alone, I do not recommend the einzelzimmer. Get a Doppelzimmer, much more comfortable.

Decent location. Balcony is a bonus. For a night or two, this place is fine.for.just putting your head down.

Check-in is awful and very impersonal, typing over into a tablet (in theory you can do all this in advance, but this still takes time, is a poor customer experience, and even after you're done, the system.might crash, as happened in my case, so all of your effort is in vein!). The hotel needs a good deep cleaning and some decorating.

The room was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed. The location is excellent we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. It was perfectly situated between the old town and the Christmas market.

The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to recommend places of interest to visit.

Traumatizing

THERE WERE BED BUGS IN MY ROOM. I HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS TWICE. THERE WERE IN OTHER ROOMS TOO.

The breakfast buffet was great! The location is very convenient, with easy access to a tram stop and lots of restaurants within 5 min of walking.

Very humid weather while we were in Bonn, really appreciated the electric fan in our roomGreat location, could walk everywhere we needed to go

Blankets are synthetic, when you close your body it makes you sweady and when open cold

Regular cleaning, friendly staff, towels, shower gel, wireless. Literally everything that you need for a solo travel or visit to a city. No need to carry your own stuff unnecessary.

Nothing particular. Maybe it is just me, but I don't like the curtain near the shower and when showering you create a mess around the bathroom. But I think that is just me.

Staff was very friendly and kind.

No A/C so windows facing the busy bar/street/train stop are open with drunks running around yelling at all hours of the night and early morning & cigarette smoke wafting into the room. No deadbolt or secondary locking mechanism for the door.

Convenient central location, the room was very clean, one specific receptionist was capable and nice (can't say the same about some other ones).

I've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and I'm shocked at the huge differences between rooms. Last time I was in a spacious modern room facing a quiet back street and was extremely satisfied. This time I got a small old room resembling a student dorm which faced a loud main street. The bathroom was tiny, toilet leaked and fridge didn't work. Neither of these was actually the room depicted in the photos on booking.com

The hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the station and the city centre. The room was basic but comfortable. A good breakfast was available for an extra €12.

Air conditioning would have been nice.

The location for just right for me 5/10 minutes to the train station a few minutes away from the bars n restaurants

Excellent and very polite staff. The one guy was very helpful he explained everything very clear which was quite helpful. Hotel is not far from Bonn HBF only 7-8 minute walk. You can take tram number 62 as well and stoppage is just outside the hotel. Room was good too. Opposite the hotel there is a bar you can enjoy and have your drinks. Overall happy with my experience.
