V-Hotel

Great hotel near Bonn! We've very much enjoyed the stay together with our dog, right at the forest, very calm, nice, clean. There are some good eat out options nearby and the breakfast was delicious!

Excellent location, room was very clean. Nice breakfast. I wish we could stayed longer.

It was very homey and really unique on a good way. bright colors, really friendly and helpful staff. Location is technically in the city but feels like it’s in the forest. less than 5 minute walk to a great forest walking trail. All city amenities are less than 10 minutes away-restaurants, liquor stores, grocers, etc.

- Good hotel, cool concept & interior.- Next to a pretty forest you can walk your dog in the morning!

- We arrived late at the hotel because of traffic. We had contact with the reception several times during our travels to make sure we could get in - they said no problem, it would be easy to get in because our key should be placed in a box outside the hotel. When we arrived at 23:30 the key wasn't outside, no one was there to help us anymore, and after searching we ended up calling the hotels emergency number.. not pleasurable experience in the middle of the night after being told it was all arranged.- Also, the whole reason we booked this hotel off our main route to Austria is because we could charge our electrical vehicle here during the night. The V-Hotel's brand is green and energy neutral. When we arrived late we were struggling for an hour with the charger and again, no one to help anymore - not great when you're tired. Next morning we checked the battery - but it stopped charging! The process broke off apparently. The owners of the hotel said they had trouble with the chargers that week (..please warn people beforehand!) and they helped us out the following morning the best they could, which was amazing, but too late. Our trip that day got heavily delayed because we had to find a new charger before we could reach the next charger on our trip - and we arrived again in the middle of the night in the next hotel in Austria.. Not a great start of our holidays. We got the breakfast for free but because of all the troubles in the morning, my partner didn't even have time to eat any breakfast so it was mostly symbolical. Just very disappointing experience :(- Little to no vegan options at breakfast.- We didn't know we still had to wear a face mask so we didn't brought one, so we couldn't enter the breakfast area we were told.. when we told we really didn't have one, the lady of the staff said: "then you have a problem".

Great concept and location next to the forest and very accommodating re dogs.

The staff were not very friendly and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned a few times.

nice welcome. The rooms were decorated with care. Overall very nice creative vibe. The small personal welcome gift was much appreciated.

We forgot to book the room with breakfast included. We paid a lot of money for less than normal breakfast. I couldn't believe it. It was robbery

The V-Hotel is rather exceptionell. It is located on top of a hill with a lot of nature around. Taking care about the nature or perhabs living in harmony with nature is the "main theme" of the hotel. This theme combined with a stylish approach makes this hotel one of our favorites. The breakfast is superb, especially when able to eat outside at the Hotel's teracce. If you don't mind no being located in Bonn's center, then this hotel is the one you should go for.

I liked everything. Even thinking hard, there is nothing to complain about.

Very nice designed hotel with very nice room.Some drinks available in the room, included in the stay.Imbiss (restaurant) in the hotel, but only for small meals. Nice food though.

Later in the evening no drinks available in the restaurant or elsewhere in the hotel.

Good size rooms with balconies / terraces , excellent modern amenities, recycled but very soft loo roll, very clean, exceptionally comfortable bed, pillows and duvets, excellent breakfast, friendly multi-lingual staff, very good internet connection (web conference & connection to external server no problem), free minibar, great selection of bar food, the cuckoo clock in the bar area made my day.

I came to work in the university Hospital of Bonn. Therefore, this Hotel had the perfect location for such visit. The hotel team were extremely helpful and easy going making the stay really satisfactory

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic I could not enjoy any of the facilities the hotel had to offer. Also at some point during my stay over my room was opened which to my mind is something unacceptable to do.

Nice and comfy rooms, great breakfast and awesome employees.

Temperature of the room too low due to the open window (out was snowing!!).Noisy and not very efficiency room heater.Too much small duvet on the bed.Too much soft pillow.

I would have liked a bar in the hotel.
