- Well, the hotel is not badEverything was clean and in a good condition.Nonetheless, they don’t really invest in the furniture so it’s looks a bit old.For solo travel and working purposes, I wouldn’t complain!I loved the concept of having few buildings together and free parking!
- The apartment was excellent! Perfect for 2 people. The staff were most helpful. There is underground parking on site. The location was sparse on facilities but to get to Bonn was a short train/tram/bus ride. The complex is a residential suburb shared with residents but this does not affect the apartment. Plenty of security and breakfast provided in the cost. I will visit again! Easy to find using Tom Tom.
Cons -
- Too far
- I booked through booking and everything was perfect.Once I arrived, the receptionist claimed that there’s a problem of names matching between the payment and booking details (since we use a common card, it is not under my name)However, the receptionist was quite unfriendly and unhelpful at the beginning to me after arriving from 5 hours travelling and very tired. She insisted to not find a solution for allegedly a payment problem that related to the card.Although everything was fine, she clearly rejected to offer any kind of assistance or even a compromise which was a shock for me that she didn’t even have the understanding for the situationHowever, I called my working colleague and he confirmed that everything is fine, as how is really!I believe that professional work starts with friendly hospitality and kind towards the clients and visitors.
- Nothing to improve it was all good.

Nothing to improve it was all good.
I had a single room and it was quite spacious with an extra couch and balcony. Fully furnished and well equipped. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.Overall I felt very comfortable in my room.
All doors are very noisy when closing, especially the doors from the staircase. In general I found the room poorly soundproofed. My room was next to the cleaners storage and very noisy in the morning.
The room is good, spacious and clean with a good balcony. mini fridge is a plus in the summer!
WiFi is useless as I was catching not even 1mb/s.. struggling a lot to open any website
The location of the hotel required us to get an Uber from Bonn-Endenich station, but prior to leaving I found out there was a tram stop nearby. The accommodation is apartments blocks. We had 2 rooms booked, both of which were clean and tidy, and beds were comfortable. The decor was a bit dated but thats personal taste. I would stay there again if in the area.
A good location, not too far to walk to the U Bahn, enjoyable two night stay.
Very spacious clean room. Comfy beds. Very happy with the facilities.
We liked the location since it was just around the corner of my friend's house we were visiting. A short little walk. The hotel no longer offers breakfast but, they directed us to a bakery that was nearby, in short walking distance, to eat there and it was inexpensive and excellent. This bakery didn't exist 6 years ago when we were there the last time.
We were fine but the hotel doesn't have an elevator (I'm not sure if this was mentioned in the description). So, luggage had to be carried up the stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. We parked on the street (very limited spaces available), but I believe an underground parking option for pay was available.
Functional, spacious, well laid out, small kitchenette. Covered free secure parking.
Need signage to direct arriver to reception.
Quick check in and polite staff
The building has no lift.
I wish breakfast is restored. Kitchen in improved
This facility has stopped Breakfast, very sad. Hope they will restore BF facility. the Kitchnett is very basic, no Kettle for heating water, not adequate vessels, no toaster; they stopped breakfast but not provided basic cooking facilities
Comfy beds and good location, 15 min to the city center
Tried the wifi but never was connected as that is very important for some who work online
Next to 16 line tram stop. Self contained
Too far out of townBreakfast selection was poor.
If you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay on a budget, this is a good option. It's amazing how much they fit into a small space. There is a tiny kitchenette, including two hot plates, fridge and sink, which is great if you need to prepare any food. The bathroom is very clean, though the shower is tiny by US standards. This was very good for the price point.
A bit expensive but really good service. Near UBahn, very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable
It was a good appartment. My mistake, it had 8 beds and we were 2 persons. At first it looked great but (i think) it was quicky renovated: the door lock didn’t work immediatly, no light at the front door, noisy during the night, soft beds. For one night oke, with a big group perfect for this price. Bathroom is compleet but not practible.

Good location for what we needed on our trip as family lived close by and was an easy walk. It was a bit hot without air conditioning but fine with windows open.
I had a single room and it also had a small kitchenette. The room was very clean. I liked the balcony.
Some furniture on the balcony would have been a nice addition.
good location. good pricing. Wi-Fi was decentish
beds were not comfortable actually end up leaving with a bad back.
