Friendly, accommodating staff. Great breakfast.

No ironing boards in room. :-(

The Sauna was great and the breakfast was also excellent. The staff was very nice.

Bright and neutral colours, friendly, modern, clean, practical.

Room and bathroom was clean, break fast was decent not all items were there but when we ask they bring for us. Staff is good, good bed.

The path to parking is quite narrow and bit scary for big cars, could still make it, but have to be careful. Can understand the construction it self is like that. Rest not complaints.

Welcoming 24hr front desk and nice rooms. The location was also great for public transportation.

Not the hotel itself, but beware Bonn is a cash heavy city if planning to use public transport to get to/from the hotel.

Basically this hotel looks very old and not renovated and the price is too high for such a proprty.

No hangers in the bathroom, no soap holder in the shower.

The bed was really comfortable and clean so far. Very quiet, comfortable bed. For the price and one night, it's very fair.

The first room i had was smelling of cigarettes (balcony side), however I quickly got another room on the street side.

Neighborhood, walking distance to city, shops and train station, tram stop nearby, private parking, the staff, bath.

Thin walls and ceiling, early cleaning by cleaning ladies (lots of noises). For those going with warm weather, no airco.

Very good hotel, suportive and kind staff, comportable beds, clean room. I arrived very late, but I still find 1 parking slot behind the hotel. Very good breakfast for this price. So I am happy staying in the hotel. I recommend it!

Breakfast was great- lots of fresh options and quality. Sustainability is important to me - so use of glasses rather than plastic and other policies make this a good personal choice. Staff were super!!

wish there had been a tea kettle in the room or accessible. I was able to ask staff for hot water (which I did once a day for the night), but it seemed to inconvenience them.

The room and hotel in general was quite clean. Breakfast was respectable. Staff was very friendly. I liked that it had an outside smoking area. A 24 hr kiosk (food, drink, snacks) around the corner! Also, a great elevator that's super fast.

The room was clean but spartan. It was like a "Lehrerzimmer" in a Jugendherberge. The room also needs a fan -- even with the widows wide open, there's no breeze. Two bath towels would have been nice. At 127 euros a night, I felt it was a litte too spartan.

Quite nice small hotel for a short stay in Bonn. Really good location not far from the city center. Hotel is located on the street with a tram, so you can use it to reach other parts of the city. But its not loud, so no problem with sleeping. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was fine - you can always find several types of omelets,cereals or make a sandwich.

Parking process can be quite hard. Driving to the parking goes through a tunnel of less than 2.5 meter wide. So its a real challenge to drive there especially with a big car. Inside there is a small paring space, but its not a problem if you managed to drive inside.
