Very nice, comfortable room, excellent staff and great breakfast.

the Room was clean, the pool was very good but it need to be heated

there is a lake of facilities like cattle, tea cup, tea, sugar and also it is better to have water everyday not only at the check in

There was no working minibar in the room. One had to get items from a vending machine in the lobby. If you wwant any alcoholic beverdage, there was proof of age process that did NOT accept a US drivers license or a US passport

Amazing hotel, staff are very friendly, facilities are great. The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic. The room was a great size!

Highly and irrationally over priced. Very low value for the price paid. Location is not convenient, quite far from the city center. Mattress was extremely soft and caused a backache. Same breakfast menu every day

Pool water is cold and even with the „do Not disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping came inside while sleeping

It was a good stay overall. The room was spacious, and I really enjoyed the great breakfast, sauna, and swimming pool. The fact that the swimming pool closes at midnight is a great feature.

The downside was that the room's isolation wasn't very good; you could hear all the noise from the hallways. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room as well.And I found the parking payment way too expensive for guests, there should be a special price for a 3 night stay it makes it very hard.

Staff very friendly, I called to ask for a bathub and water kettle, upon arriving it was already all set. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, we loved it! Room was very comfy and spacious.

The indoor pool temperature was colder than expected, couldn't stay in for long and ended up not using it more.

the waiters are indecent. They are not well organized, impertinent and discriminatory. The staff on the desk are really nice. They know exactly how deal with costumers, and how to deal with complaints

An overall pleasant Hotel, very clean, good Breakfast. Almost everything is very professional.

The Hotel doesn't seem to be prepared for summer time. It was impossible to cool the room down to 20°C although the windows were closed and the AC was running at full steam for more than 24 hrs. Actually, I selected the hotel for exactly this feature because I expected sunny weather during my stay, and I needed to sleep well.

Very nice high-level hotel for a reasonable price, with walking distance to public transport or the recreation park area and even free parking possibilities at this time.

The room was very big, plenty of towels and amenities. Room cleaning done daily which is so appreciated but missing in so many hotels. This is a very good point for the hotel. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The sauna and the swimming pool are really nice.

The WI-FI did not properly work in the room, it went down often.It was very hot in the room during the night, we had to open the window in order to be able to sleep. Could not find a way to turn down the heat.The prices for the Breakfast (25 EUR/person) and dinner were pretty high.
