Nice kitchenette

There is no late Check-in so it was super inconvenient despite that the property reached out to me with messages. With that price, you would expect a bit more service but at the end of the day, it is just a serviced apartment with limited service.

Check-in was very well organized, and Marc was very helpful and responsive. I arrived late, but everything was already set up and ready, which made the arrival smooth and easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, and although I didn’t use everything, I appreciated having all the amenities available.

very clean and cute room and facility. Remote check-in was possible due to my late arrival and all access is granted with an access code. Clean bathroom with warm floors, that gave an extra coziness to the feel. Small kitchen available. "Attic bed" would be very fun for kids that can safely climb wall stairs (on your own risk, ofc).Not sure weather the location is ok for others since i was working nearby. But you can judge the location on maps based on your needs by yourself. Totally recommended.

The room was amazing! Clean,colorful, and equipped with all we needed in the kitchen. The kids had the loft area up top and loved the decor and space to themselves. It's definitely a fun and family-friendly environment. Its 5min away from the train and very close to downtown. Our room also had a balcony, and the view was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone. Room looks better in person

Accommodation was really nice & exceeded our expectations tbh. Marc was really helpful too with any questions we had. Location was great as only a few hundred meters from a tram stop.

The room we had was for 4. 2 people had to climb a ladder (with shoes on otherwise it’s to sore on your feet) this should only be sold to 2 adults and 2 children of a certain age.

Good location near the river. Easy parking by room. Updated decor.

Shower curtain smelled mildewy and there weren’t any paper towels. Kids room w 4 bunk beds was fun for a novelty but would have been too close quarters for more than a night or two.

The apartment is better than pictures. Very pretty and spacious, facilities are there, near two train/tram stations, good bakery nearby, great kitchen facilities, balcony for morning view, warm, super clean toilet, and very kind staff. You can buy coins for laundry through the staff. All you need for long stay. Quite neighbourhood and not see restaurant around, but you can cook and buy groceries just in the city center.

Absolutely no complaints.1 small practical tip: as a foreigner it wasn’t self evident to recognise the recycling bin colours in the room. In the common area the colours were explained on a poster (nice, thanks!) - would be good to have a the same in the rooms :-)

Very closed to the tram station. The room is clean and the utilities are sufficient for long stay.

I had very small problem with internet connection

The studio was a great size and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was large and comfortable, there was a fan, and the view from the balcony was great. There was a tram stop less than 4mins from the building, which was convenient!

My room was on the topmost floor, and there were no elevators, making carrying my luggage challenging, but the staff helped me bring it up the stairs.

It was just a one night stay but still I found it really satisfying.The room and the kitchen area are not very big, but really well equipped. Bed is comfy and the whole place is really clean!!!I was surprised it was much cleaner than in *hotels I used to sleep.Also the host is very friendly and responsive.I would recommend this place!

This is a great option for anyone on a business or pleasure trip to Bonn, as it is a very functional apartment in a pretty and quiet neighborhood. It is just a few minutes by tram to the World Conference Center and under 20 minutes to the city center. The place is adjacent to a walking connection to the trail - Rheintag - along the Rhine and into the forests/ vineyards on the hills above the river.

Nearby dining isn't the very best, but there is a pleasant restaurant 2 minutes away, a small bakery across the street and a convenience story.
