1. The young receptionist who did the check-in was very friendly and supportive. 2. Two water bottles and two beers were served for free each day.

Facility, staff, location

Easily double the space of any regular hotel room in the area. Has a kitchenette with stove? Dishwasher, sink, microwave, mini fridge. You get two free beers and 2 waters stocked daily in the fridge.

Underground Parking gate has a reputation to malfunction according to regular guests. It was a hassle a few times. But not a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel with modernist artwork, well appointed rooms and helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was excellent as well as the service throughout the hotel. Location was convenient and the hotel garage convenient. The natural history museum was next to the hotel and worth the visit. The room was large & comfortable with a desk and chairs. View was interesting of the main street but one did not hear traffic noise. Elevators were convenient and always seemed available. Staff was friendly and helpful.

WiFi was not secure and it seemed as if someone was hacking the emails while typing messages. Otherwise, it worked fine.Lock on the hotel room door was difficult to open, but the staff is in the process of replacing the locks.

The size, layout and comfort of the room made for a lovely stay, and the location was very convenient

The room is big and a lot of facilities are equipped such as gym and cooking facilities in the room. All condition is great and the price is reasonable.

There was no hot water on my last day. My room key was off many times and I needed to go to the reception. Room didn’t have slippers.

Very spacious room with cosy interior and nice art works. Very quiet and comfortable. De breakfast was stunning - you could make your own vegetable juice smoothie.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely cooperative, making our stay pleasant. The location is highly convenient, just a few U-Bahn stops from the Hauptbahnhof. The availability of a kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave was particularly helpful for us.Overall, the ambience exudes a very positive vibe. The breakfast room, bathed in plenty of sunshine, is charming and inviting. The food at breakfast is exceptionally fresh and much more flavorful than at most other hotels in Bonn.

The breakfast room is small and hence feels crowded with tables, however the sunshine and open glass compensates.

Quiet area but close enough to walk to centre along the river

Room was very clean, spacious and it even had a small kitchen, something I've never seen before. Plenty of spots in the parking garage, easy access. Good location, downtown on foot 20 minutes, Rhein is 5 minutes.

Sound isolation could be better. The tap water was warm if you opened only the cold faucet and extremely hot if you opened the hot one. Parking for 20 eur per night is a bit too expensive.

The room was super with pantry kitchen, so we prepared our own breakfast. The location is in a very good neighbourhood and public transportation (underground tram) is quite close in addition to the super Museum Koenig just next to the hotel. I like everything about it.

The location was very far from the city center. I have chosen this first based on the parking availability but the city center has plenty of parking garages, so no need for hotel parking.

The design of the room and hotel in general, very 90s' and very Soviet. Too much gold in the furniture and leather lobby sofas. I thought for a moment that I am back to USSR.

The hotel is beyond a just hotel, it is spacious apartment with a living room, a dinning place and a full equipped kitchen. The room is very clean.

The bed is kind of soft no enough support.

shower was impossible to get the water temperature correct. Took 5 minutes to get warm water from it which was scalding then you could not cool it down. hand held shower would not stay on mount and sprayed everywhere. room needed renovation or decorating.

Everything was clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfy. They offered also two beers and two waters as a gift.

Well located , within walking distance to the centre. The retro style. Friendly staff. Free charging for E vehicles

The bed in the suite was quite small, 140 wide would say and the mattress was very soft.
