Quiet location on the river, with decently sized, comfortable room. The furniture is quite minimal, but bed and pillows are comfortable. Good wifi and rich breakfast with many options. Friendly staff.Overall a good short stay for a reasonable price.

Only the location

The room was not clean and they cleaning the room every 3 days and its was so bad

We stayed there for one night and left early in the morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we had a good night’s rest. We really enjoyed the breakfast — it had plenty of variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. In some rooms, they leave a nice surprise: a piece of chocolate and a scratch card. We had booked two rooms, and one of them had these surprises, which was a lovely touch.

We only wish the two rooms had been closer to each other, as they were quite far apart.

I liked the hotel's modern design. It's an ideal spot for a one-night stay and is within walking distance of the city center. The breakfast was too simple. You can park your car at the location (with a fee). The view from the top was great!

The room card kept malfunctioning, and it took two trips to reception to get the problem resolved.

I liked being able to open a window. I liked the design and how the room gave you a feeling of walking into an open space. I liked having one big mattress, rather than two small ones.

I expected some kind of greeting in the room. For example a free bottle of water or a chocolate or a gift coupon for something.And there was road work going on at the time of my stay, which I would have liked to have known about. I did book about 4 weeks in advance.

Excellent place / location ideal!

The only thing I can say is that there is a need to more express instructions how to arrive to the main entrance up the hill and not via the road by the river! To many stair to walk up with the suitcases!

No safe or refrigerator in the room. They didn't clean the room during the two days we were there.

Staff felt like they didn’t want to be there. Room was warm which made it difficult to sleep. Hotel looks tired and could use some maintenance. Breakfast was expensive (18EUR/person) so did not try it.

Nice rooftop bar overlooking the Mosel River and the nicest parking garage of our entire trip so far. However, the first room we checked into was partly un-made/ un-clean. It was also next to a very loud elevator. They did re-locate us to a clean and comfortable room, and added free parking as a bonus.

The elevators were a boondoggle, struggling to get keycards to work. At times they only went up/down to certain floors.

The lobby staff was not really friendly or welcoming. more like annoyed having to work. In our bathroom was bodyhair allover from the person having used the bathroom before us - disgusting. It was super hot, we had a room facing the sun- and the windows can't be opened besides a small space - so we could not really sleep or stay in that room. extra charging for parking 18 euros

Location, wifi, quiet, great bar rooftop, in front of the river, close to train station.

Very modern hotel, friendly staff. Easy check-in, everything was clean and comfortable. It's definitely a great place to stay. A mini fridge would make it better, but it's not a complaint, lol.

No breakfast included ,the staff was extremely slow to proceed the check in and it requested to submit a form with personal information, no sauna , pool or solarium . Room overlooking the road in the first floor not good

The breakfast was good

Small room. I stayed in Japan in bigger rooms for less money. For the price, the room size is too small. The room has essentially no storage for clothes and luggage. The overall design is unusual and is not very user-friendly.

Location and cleanliness

Unable to reserve underground parking. I have a motorcycle and did get access but only because I arrived as check in opened.
