Comfort and size of the room. Parking beneath the hotel. Breakfast with great variety and good quality. Location is also very good within 5 min walking form the city center.

Spa area and pool have to be paid extra, bot included in the hotel stay.

The location is great! Right by the center of the city and by many public transportation options! The hotel is clean and the upgrades they were doing seem to be very nice. We stayed in an older room, but saw one of the upgraded rooms and it looked very modern and nice. The family room we stayed in was very large with plenty of space for our stay! The beds are comfortable and any food we ate was good. If we were to stay at this hotel again, it would be primarily because of it's location.

We may have just gotten unlucky, but we unfortunately had a lot of problems during our stay here. It started with being assigned a different room (smaller) than what we had originally booked and not having hot water in the shower on our first night. When I asked the front desk about the room type, I was first told that the smaller room is what we had booked, and only after I insisted that this is not correct did I get to speak to someone who agreed with me and was able to get it sorted out correctly. The second night we moved into the correct room type, but the shower was leaking into the room so the whole bathroom smelled of mildew and the baseboard and carpet outside the bathroom were constantly wet. I reported this to the front desk and they said they would "make a note" (no action was taken during our stay). I didn't make more of a fuss about it because I was not about to change rooms again (traveling internationally with 2 small kids is hard enough). It then continued with incorrect room service orders (multiple times!) and coffees ordered in the lobby that never arrived. To the staffs credit, other than the leaking shower, they did apologize for anything that went wrong and tried to make it right (gave us free coffee, parking, etc. to make up for the inconvenience). Then to end it all, once we got home, I saw that they double charged us for the room. Again, they immediately corrected their mistake once I contacted them, but this was the cherry on top for sure. Another thing that surprised us, is that they charge 5 Euros daily per person for the use of the pool facility. I want to believe that a lot of these service and facilities issues will be resolved once they complete the remodel that was ongoing during our stay. I hope so, as the hotel itself seems so nice otherwise.

Cleaniless, got my room cleaned every day, good breakfast, good room service options and drinks.Loved being able to walk down the river to work at the convention center.

Could have comforters made for summer, they only had the winter kind and it got too hot for me to use them, I had to use the comforter cover on its own.Could have sheets to cover yourself instead of only the comforter option as well.

This was my second time staying here. However, the staff miscalculated the price and charged me double because they couldn’t verify the bank transaction at that time. Although they eventually canceled the double payment, it was a bad memory just before I left the hotel.

There was construction going on and it was not communicated to us. We could not relax due to constant noise.

The location was good and most everything was within walking distance. The room was pretty big - actually bigger than I expected. The courtyard area was also nice with couches for relaxing and socializing.

The "air conditioning" was virtually non-existent. It didn't matter how much I adjusted the air conditioner setting, the room would not cool down. I had to sleep on top of the covers and take multiple showers in the night to try to cool down. They really need to spend the money and invest in a *REAL* air conditioning system and *NOT* continue using the old and outdated +/- ambient temperature system. The world is getting warmer. Prepare for it. Also, the hotel owners might want to ensure there's a backup bartender available, so that when the *one* bartender scheduled to work that day gets sick the bar isn't forced to shut down. Lastly, they should ensure all of the room door jambs are secure and not give guests the feeling that anyone could kick the door in at any moment.

Everything was clean and in order. Patio. Ability to open window for fresh air. We were very comfortable while in the hotel and also the location while quieter and near the river, was just few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops. Even partial view of river was nice.

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was also great, a wide variety to choose from. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised!

Parking is a bit expensive though but that's something very minor.

One staff member (male) wad exceptionally welcoming and good. The rest of the front desk was detached and impersonal. Breakfast was extensive. Rooms have been updated.

Safe did not work. Notified front desk. Nothing was done and no compensation or apology was offered, until we confronted them. The safe never worked for our 3-day stay and they offered us 2 free drinks at the bar. Totally unacceptable. Also, our room was in the noisiest part of the hotel, at the intersection of two extremely busy streets. Two tram tracks were under our windows and ran 24/7.

Great location: quiet, with beautiful views on the river but at walking distance from the train station. Staff was super-friendly and the atmosphere is very calm and quiet.
