Hotel Bonn City

Staff is friendly.Hotel is clean apart from a small unclean spot

while I understand that it is more efficient to leave the keys outside after working hours it would be better to let someone available over the phone not only for emergency and to keep the phone number in the room to answer any possible question I could have example what if I needed to buy water, get extra blanket or extra pillow etc.

I liked the location of the BnB as it is close to the train stations as well as shopping malls.

The breakfast was pathetic. No sausages, no baked beans and omelletes sold separately.. I am not a wheat consumer hence I suffered immensely. They ought to have a continental menu in consideration. The fact that no drinking water was provided is a total disappointment for me.

Location is excellent, close to the city centre and to the bus/metro stopsBreakfast is satisfactoryThe room has a good size

Breakfast did not have large varietyThere was no coffee/tea/kettle in the room

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Communication was clear and quick. Would love to stay again.

Location is adjacent to tram line and a short walk to the Marktplatz and Hauptbahnhof. I had a long stay of 11 nights and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options.

No complaints!

The hotel was great: located in the city center close to the main sightseeing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good.

Comfortable family apartment. Great location in the centre and next to a tram stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Very organized hotel. The team is really helpful and kind. Excelent cost-benefit.

lovely and friendly staff, perfect location, clean and spacious rooms, superb breakfast.

No elevator.

Very good location, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean room. The room is warm and suitable for winter conditions.

Wonderful little hotel, 2 minute walk to the center of Bonn . Great breakfast and very friendly staff.

Room was nice and the bathroom was outstanding. Nice continental breakfast.

No elevator Advertised as breakfast included but still had to pay, so not happy at all.Immediate area was very run down and dark.Graffiti on the hotel garage door was not a welcoming sight. The receptionist was very rude and condescending to us when questioned about our hotel bill.Staff shortage meant that the reception desk was closed at 3 pm and inconvenient for late arrivals. No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

The staff was really friendly. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is really good.

I had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, a great experience!

Perfect localization close to a tram stop. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful

Air conditioner was place right next to the bed, blowing cold air directly into sleeping person. Food options for breakfast were quite limited

Nice breakfast staff very friendly clean good location

Great location. Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good selection of fresh food at the continental breakfast.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not the easiest to operate.

Modern interior, clean, affordable, good breakfast including vegan options, central

Missed a kettle in the room

Nice room with modern furniture which is well equiped, nice personnel, good breakfast.

Dust on the wardrobe, fact that I asked to change the towels on one of the days and it didn't happen.

A little, cosy hotel. A perfect place for a short stay.Really good breakfast indeed. Dedicated, English-speaking staff. It's a 1 minute walk from the closest bus and tram stop.

The pillow was cheap and spongy. One can only check in until 3pm, or has to use a key lock.
