There was a big mosquito in my room and the toilet paper container was dusty.

The hotel itself was very nice, the location left much to be desired. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly.

Because of lack of AC and the rooms being warm we had to leave the window open which led to bugs coming into the room.

Amazing buffet breakfast. The hotel is well connected with public transport (2 bus lines, 2 metro lines). It is also very clean and the personnel is very friendly.

The mattress could be a bit harder. It was too soft for my taste. Also the pillow was too high but I got a better one the day after when I asked for it.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Bonn. I booked a single room for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation for such an affordable rate. They even allowed me to check in early around 10 am, which was a huge plus after my morning arrival. The hotel also had someone available at the lobby as early as 4 am for check-out, which made my departure very convenient. Breakfast was decent and worth the additional 12 euros. My room didn’t have AC, but since it was small, simply opening the window was enough when it felt a bit warm, a fair trade-off considering the price. Overall, this is a great value for money if you don’t mind a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the tram station to reach Bonn Hbf.

This is a standard hotel for visiting academics attending conferences. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. We tried their dinner buffet service, which was good value and delicious.

This hotel is far from central Bonn, making it a challenge to sightsee in the area. The hotel also lacks a particular charm and warmth, which was unsurprising given its purpose as a conference hotel.

Breakfast was good. Basic.Room nice, view of atrium with green trees and lily pond.Quiet as was summer and very few guests. Option to sit outside - so imagine busier during business season.

TV did not work. Breakfast ended 9:30 am, too early.Checkout also by 10:am early. Mattress a bit too hard. TV control did not work, so had to use my laptop to watch any news.Glutenfree bread awful, tasted like cardboard, glad I brought my own.

Great place to stay in Bonn. Very helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.

The hotel staff was very kind (also speaking English), the room was very clean and tidy (cleaned during my 2-day stay). I didn't try the breakfast (not enough time). The location was good and safe, 8 minutes of walking from the metro station, which is necessary for a visit in the center of Bonne (picturesque town with museums and many shops). The price was a bit high but worth it. Also 24h reception! The view from my window was calm, looking on a little lake inside the hotel building!

Modern building, good bike storage facility. Staff friendly and good English spoken. Breakfast and evening meal were typical buffet format, food was tasty and plenty of choice.

Good place to stay, a little out of town but an Uber solved that. Parking on site, nice breakfast and bar.

A very distinguished place, makes you feel like you're part of something important. Nothing luxurious about it, but just the right amount of class. Very clean and silent.Two U lines within walking distance

The booking .com presentation is mis leading. House keeping personnel was rough and unprofessional. They knocked and opened the door 45 minutes before check out. I could hear them laughing unprofessionally next door after reminding them about check out time. Some rooms are subjected to the court yard loud noises from guests. It really is like an institute suitable for business travelers. There is no home away from home feeling of intimacy. One young lady from the coffee shop was pleasant, professional and helpful. The house keepers threw away my prized rosemary water spray bottle for my hair and professed that they never saw it in the room I was moved out of. This room faces the street which is noisy.

Some members of the front desk were abrupt and impatient when asked questions.

Heat in rooms as there is no air conditioning or fans. However this would not put us off staying again.

Good. Clean and quiet. The staff is friendly. The location is convenient for all types of transportation.

Quiet place in pretty, green neighbourhood.

Lack of airco in relatively small rooms may be problematic especially during summer heat waves, but on the other hand fantastic green and quiet neighbourhood allowed me to forget about it :)

A political education institute with conference facilities. Very clean, bright, and pleasant. Staff were cheerful and helpful. My room has a comfy bed, a small desk and a good shower.

I would have liked a kettle and tea-making supplies. The weather was very hot during my stay and my room got very warm at night.
