Great location next to central station and very near to the city centre.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable

I had a room facing the railway, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds and the staff was very friendly.

Location and easy access. Rooms are not big, so it should be a stay to do something else outside. Breakfast is ok. It has double windows so you cannot hear much from the train station.

At night, after a certain time is not clear how you can get in the hotel (swiping your card).

My room was facing the trains and it was loud, the cleaning was really not that good and basic things like a kettler and mug were not in the room, you had to ask for it

The staff was only interested in charging extra, even if in both cases that was inappropriate and wrong.When we were not ready for cleaning, that was it, we missed our slot. They did not return later and room did not get cleaned.

The managers on the reception were very friendly, especially one manager. I liked it very much.

Organisation of breakfast and the quality of good. The lady took away my plate, and I did not even finish eating. She was very unfriendly. The fruits were not fresh, it could not be ok to eat. All other food was also not very fresh and the quality was bad.

The location near the city.

The airconditiong was not functioning well. Could not sleep well. Was too warm, dit not get cold and with one window which did not open enough. The fan and airco turned off when the window was opened.

Location right by the train station was the reason I picked this hotel. My wife has mobility issues but there was no problem getting to the hotel from the train.

Room was small, but that was expected.

I loved the location, had a very long trip and it's literrally 10 steps away from the railstation. And railstation has lots of cafes to eat out. It's also very close to the center so you will have an enjoyable stay

Very close to center. Clean, silent, comfort of sleeping, new, well groomed.

Hotel staff could be more smiling friendly and helpful. If you face a problem while your staying, the staff are not so willing to help and solve the problem compared to other hotels according to my hotel experience of years.

When we arrived late at night the gentlemen on duty I believe he works the night shift was very friendly and his service went above and beyond to make us comfortable I can’t praise him enough! I did not capture his name but I believe he works the security night shifts and he was by far amazing!

Location is excellent, and near my family so it is very convenient.

We had requested a double room and were presented with a twin room. The only solution involved moving to a room which clearly came with fewer facilities. We had to request everything and go to reception to fetch it: pillows, duvet, towels, kettle, cups, tea bags (which we had to fight the cleaner to keep another day, wach day!). The hotel was very quiet over Christmas so it wasnt lack of availability that caused the lack of double room. Reception staff was particularly unhelpful (looking at the google reviews to get a glimpse)

Slightly expensive

Self-service check-in machines were cool, 24hr access for checking in was good, it was quite soundproof despite the proximity to the station, but this soundproofing has thr negatives of making the rooms heatboxes.

Plastic mattress covers, coupled with ridiculously hot rooms, plus for quite expensive accomodation you wouldn't expect the plastic mattress covers. The rooms walls state "to get clean towels leave them on the floor", we did that, but nobody cleaned the room, so neither of us knew whos towel was which. Fortunately we spent most of our time out of the hotel.
