Hotel Baden

It was great. I didn't have breakfast but it looked great.

Only issue it was on the third floor with no elevator.

Good balance price quality, the small details did the extra: in the bathroom, toiletries, a bottle of water, the slippers, well appreciated !

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were super clean. The breakfast for 13€ per person was quite good for such a small hotel but could be a bit cheaper?. Downstairs just next to the hotel (with common entrance) was a restaurant with a nice atmosphere but unfortunately I couldn't taste their cuisine because of my late check-in, they were still open but the kitchen was already closed.

The Spanish-like food in the restaurant downstairs was excellent.

No elevator and quite old building, but enough for the price

It was a quaint hotel. I appreciated that the hostess upgraded our room at no extra charge when our original room was smoky.

Parking is very limited and available down the street from the hotel. Breakfast was also limited, not much variety.

Overall the room was great size wise with a separate connecting room for my daughter this was great. She had her own space. The room was also very clean.

First night our heating was left on room was boiling. Reception was closed with us being locked out of our room for an hour while we waiting for reception8st to return from "shopping??" There was a restaurant attached to hotel which seemed popular with locals and I feel we missed out that we didn't give that a go but not fault of hotel

Location is close to the centre so walking among blossoming cherry trees on the way almost to the hotel, breakfast offer is wide and surprisingly good coffee, room was comfortable. Very friendly breakfast host who speaks more languages than you'd first guess.

wifi was slow and often not working, but I was told by colleagues staying in other hotels that's typical for Germany. Short check in hours gave me a scare, but apparently that's not a problem.

Excellent Location. Nearby cherryblossoms streets, asian resto, supermarkets, tram stops to bonn hbf and other connections.

No lift. The room is on the 3rd floor. Perfect for those who doesnt have suitcases.

But the bedroom was just for a twin bed and had bathroom and washroom doors in it. So not very separate.

Small rooms I’d say. Not so comfortable pillows (like at all), no basic toiletries besides soap, no stairs (as expected). I’d still very much recommend this hotel

Our family rented an apartment (separate from the hotel premises) for 2 nights. It was very clean, conveniently located and not too far from the city center (approx. 15 min on foot). Breakfast was good value for money and the staff was very kind. We recommend!

My card on my second day was not working and the reception was closed so it was difficult to solve.

I have stayed here several times, it's one of my favourite hotels in Bonn. Quiet and clean, good breakfast and excellent location. The people in the reception are really nice and helpful, in particular Eliana, which always makes sure that everything is alright. I will definitely come back.

Staff was extremely nice, room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Breakfast was also very rich and tasty.

Mattress and pillows were too soft, at least for me. Position of the tv was a bit weird, because if you lie in the bed, it is impossible to watch it, only in case if you switch positions of legs and head.
