Pros +
- Small but cozy, very clean, well-connected by public transportation, 2 minutes walk from the bus stop and a big supermarket. Easy and fast check in/out process.
- Was a great hotel for our group! We were able to get 3 rooms that were all close in proximity to each other. Hotel was very clean and quiet at night. Wifi was free and worked perfectly! The hotel did offer breakfast but we chose not to order. Was a short drive to the Aachen Christmas market--after the Christmas market, we were able to find parking right in front of the hotel, which was great! Check in and check out were easy.
- Generally clean, uncomplicated. I would stay here again.
Cons -
- Nothing!!
- No reception. The floors were not clean, but otherwise the room was clean. Maybe bring slippers next time.
- No Lift, tight stairs not recommendable for people with laguage

very clean, great facilities, simple and efficient check in
Disappointing

I had everything I need in the near... Bus stop, REWE, security, nice room to sleep in while in Aachen. The room was enough for me, had it's own bathroom, everything was clean, the bed was firm (which was very nice) the towels smell very nice too. The hotel has a kitchen downstairs that I assume the guests can use. I really liked it there and would recommend to anyone who's looking for an affordable hotel in Aachen.
The window seals should be checked because the cold air was seeping in from the outside. But it was not a big deal for me. I just closed the metal shutter and the thicker curtain shut and set the heater to a higher temperature.
Perfect accomodations for a short stay.Autonomous check-in and check-out with a kitchen available to grab a coffee.
Some rooms have their windows giving on the main street which can be a little bit noisy until 11pm. No problem to sleep.
Comfortable beds , nice and clean
The location! It’s not in the center like it’s stated in the discription
The hotel is really simple but great. The new owner is a very friendly guy with a warm hospitality. Many costly hotels are not as good as this one. The location is slightly off the city centre noise (Take bus 15, 25, 35, 55 etc to Konigsbergerstrasse) and is situated within 30 seconds from the bus stop and a big REWE supermarket. At ground floor he has a lobby where you can relax or work. I could finish a lot of work there with offered unlimited free tea and coffee. Room is very good with all basic amenities including tv, heating, wardrobe, a small work desk. The toilet and bathroom are also very clean. If next time in Aachen, I shall first search a room in this hotel.
Just a friendly suggestion, may be use a lighting at the entry so that the hotel looks attractive even in the evening.
It was clean , the garden was nice to chill.
They use the common room as a storage, it was a bit not in order.
We were able to cycle into Aachen from here. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The staff were very friendly and nice. We were able to use the fridge. We were able to park on the road outside the hotel. We were able to bring our bikes through the property to store them overnight safely.
The property is in a poor overall state, unfortunately. The communal areas were used as areas to store and dump all sorts of hotel paraphernalia. Our room did not have any tea/coffee making facilities- although the lovely reception staff located us a kettle when we requested one. The grounds are in a neglected state which is a shame because this could be a real asset to the hotel. It is a place that is in need of some TLC however it is an adequate base from which to explore the ancient sites of Aachen.
It was clean.Check-In and Check-out was easy. The price was very fair.Communication for self check-in was good.
The room was small and the street was a bit loud.
Single room was comfy and check-in and check-out was very easy and quick. Location was good, 50 meters from a bus stop and a supermarket. There was an issue with wifi connection but owner Mr Göbel was very helpful in solving the problem. Sending me all messages in Turkish was a nice treat, room service also knocked my door with a google translate Turkish sound message asking if I needed anything. Overall, a cosy hotel if you need a clean, comfortable place to sleep.
Clean with comfortable beds, staff friendly.
I was just here for a night to be close to another hotel I'd booked at, so it was fine for that purpose. I wouldn't stay there unless I was desperate though. Good bathroom.
The curtains didn't cover the windows so the sunlight came in as soon as it rose. The room was very warm with no aircon and no screen on the window so the room filled with bugs as soon as I opened it to cool the room down. No elevator and we had to take our heavy bags up to the top floor of the hotel. I didn't see any staff members the whole time I was there and there were no check-out instructions.
Everything is good. Small, but cozy room, with good view from the window. The owner is also nice. Next to hotel a big supermarket and bus station. Enough parking places.
It would be good to have some fridge. Also would be good to have some mosquito net on the window.
I liked how the hotel is clean. The guy in the reception was so kind.
The location is little bit far from city center. It doesn't have an elevator.
it was very clean accommodation, near from the evangelische church. it was easy to find it, very nice that for check in you can come when you want, don’t look to the time. it was easy explanation for the key and code for come inside. it was not much people there.
it was street outside, you couldn’t open the window, because a lot of noise outside.
They have very quick and easy key handover system so checkin was super easy. The room was clean and in general not too bad for one night.
Furniture seems old and the single room was very small. The bed was not super comfortable but good enough for one night.
comfortable, beautifully warm including hallway, plenty of free parking, hot shower with great pressure, fab responsiveness from host, clean and secure, easy access with simple lock box and clear instructions.
it would be great if wifi code was available in room but it was quickly supplied when requested.
