Great clean place with a very good breakfast!

The parking garage is very tight, would recommend using a small vehicle.

Care provided by staff.

Bed was comfortable(though pillows were not) & parking was easily available in the garage for 20 Euros.

King room didn't feel like a king room. Was wondering how small would be the Queen Room. There was only 1 set of towels for the 2 of us. Only delivered another set of towels when requested from Reception. There was no restaurant but only Bar with some light food items was available. Breakfast could have been better. Meatballs & Rosti's were cold and not enough options were available.

The breakfast room is undersized for the amount of people in the hotel. It gets very crowded and uncomfortable.

It was just fine! Nice spacious room, location near bus stop, clean, breakfast was also fine, nothing too special. Expectations were met, not in any way exceeded.

The hotel has a very good location and the room was comfortable, clean, and modern, especially the bathroom. Communication with the hotel was excellent — we requested a cot bed arrangement and it was ready on arrival. Staff were very polite, helpful, and dealt well with all requests during the stay.

The breakfast area is very small and becomes extremely busy, with not enough space to move around. During peak times it was difficult to find a table, and there were not enough staff in the restaurant. We often had to clean the table ourselves and find cutlery.Expensive parking in underground garage with very small spaces, and costs an additional €20 per night.On the last day, our room was not cleaned when we returned late, and used towels were still on the floor. Reception could not access housekeeping supplies and only offered small towels, which was disappointing.No water or fridge in the rooms.

Too busy at breakfast and they ran out of food and dishes. There was no where to sit.

Breakfast place got to cramped, spreading the food over a wider area and adding another coffee machine woukd make it perfect!

Disappointing Stay at Hampton by Hilton AachenOur recent stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen was unfortunately a clear disappointment. For a hotel within this chain, we expected a certain standard of quality, but this was not met on several fronts.The double beds were noticeably narrow, which significantly reduced comfort. However, the breakfast experience was by far the biggest issue: complete chaos, no available seating, an empty buffet most of the time, and a fifteen‑minute wait just to get a coffee. The staff on the floor were doing their utmost to keep up, but they were severely understaffed, making it impossible to manage the situation properly.Housekeeping was also under-resourced. Our room was not cleaned, and the reception informed us that we should have requested housekeeping in advance — something we have never encountered in any hotel before. When we shared our concerns about the breakfast chaos, we were simply told that the hotel was fully booked. No solutions or compensation were offered, even though measures such as breakfast shifts could easily have ensured that all guests had a place to sit. Instead, families had to split up and find seats wherever possible just to have breakfast.What was most disappointing was the absence of visible management. While the floor staff were clearly overwhelmed, the manager remained in the office and did not step in to help. For a hotel of this brand, this is highly unprofessional and frankly quite embarrassing.In summary, this stay did not meet expectations, and the basic organization fell short on multiple levels. Hopefully, structural improvements will be made, because in its current state, I cannot recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was horrible. Round 9:30 it was impossible having a table and having fork, mess, cup and plate. The quantity of food was not enough for all the residents. The eggs were cold.

Check in was at 3pm but at 4pm we still couldn’t check in…Breakfast was a horror!!! Everything out of stock, a lane of 20min for a cup of coffee and no place te get seated. We had to join an other couple at their table at the reception. Pure disaster hotel

The facilities were good with on site parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and modern

The location is good, walking distance to center. Room and bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was very weak, wc located in the lobby was not clean.

Beds were too hard cushions almost nonexistent. All night banging noises from the bathrooms of other people. (No stopper on door wtf?) Rooms were not clean stripes on the wall everywhere and dirty sofa with stains and hair in the shower me and my gf are both blonde so its not even mine… Also still far from the center more than 2km. Breakfast was mediocre at best no eggs and bacon only hard boiled eggs and nothing special about it (bread coffee not even proper orange juice?)… sad for 100€ per night per person. This really was not a hilton worthy stay. Very disappointing!

NOTHING I WAS HAPPY I COULD GO HOME

The hotel was very nice and located in a quiet, pleasant area. Breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed making waffles for the first time—it was so easy! I just poured the batter into the waffle maker and waited three minutes. Such a fun experience! Overall, a great stay!

The only minor issue was that the safe code hadn’t been reset, so we couldn’t use it immediately. However, the hotel assistant responded promptly and resolved the problem immediately.
