I liked the fact that there was a small refrigerator in the room, that the room was very clean and the little garden / terrace where I had coffee. The breakfast was very good too.

The staff was kind. There were parking lots in the hotel and if they were full it was easy to park nearby.

It is quiet and clean.Great breakfast,staff is very nice and polite.Brilliant value for money indeed.

Not much really not to like about this place.

We have stayed here many times before but always at a weekend. For the first time this time we were mid-week and the restaurant was open. We enjoyed a simple meal.

The shower room was a little cramped. It was OK for us as small people but it would be difficult for some larger people.

The personal was efficient

Some of the rooms are extremely outdated and small. I don’t know why it is called “art hotel” because it literally doesn’t have any kind of art besides what you would normally find in any motel. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on outside of the room. Tv was super basic. No minibar. Snacks machine didn’t work. And you have to pay extra for using the pool

Nice staff, very clean, exceptional breakfast

The hotel looks nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet. The connection by bus, nr. 33. to the center of Aachen was quite good.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Narrow and less good matras. The pillow was very soft and almost useless. Possibly a mistake in the room selection when checking in?

I had to find a parking space elsewhere because their private open space parking was full when we arrived there at 9PM or so. But the staff taught me where to park for free. Breakfast was very delicious. One of the best in three-star hotel breakfasts I have experienced.Nice and calm place. Good value for money.

The beds were fine.

The pillow was too soft. I felt like my head went through to the mattress, something others in my group also commented on. And the bathroom was so narrow, you had to do Matrix moves to get on the loo and I was not able to shower. It was so narrow my shoulders almost touched the walls.

Best thing is late checkout timings. Clean and comfortable beds and a nice balcony. A locker is available too. Near to bus stop.
