bp24 Hotel Aachen

We missed our train and needed a quick hotel. Easy rental with a self serve kiosk. Room was clean and nice.

I like the location and check in process

The room was quite small and ventilator was loud ?

Clean - easy checkin / check out / perfect location / value for money

All ok

Handy for the Hbf. Everything worked ok - even the automatic check-in device.

A kettle in the room would be nice for an morning cuppa.

Position - close to the Central station and city center. Room was clean, bed comfortable.

Very small bathroom. Hot water pressure was very low, almost missing, smelly corridor outside.

Very clean and comfortable triple room a short walk from the station, surprisingly spacious. The automated check-in worked fine and communication from the property was very clear.

The lift to the upper floors is slow (but there are also stairs).

Very easy check in. Great location. Comfortable bed.

The premises are great but bathroom and floors could be better cleaned before guests arrive.

I had to pay 2 times, i contacted the hotel they said they'll refund me but im waiting for a week or more... and nothing

The location and the Wi-Fi.

This was about the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure to stay at - twice :( Mold in the bathroom and very dirty floors. There were also dead bugs in the picture frame above the bed.

The location - that’s it. And I guess the Wi-Fi worked fine.

It was dirty. Mold and used tissues in the bathroom. Strange hair everywhere and the floors were dirty too. As were some of the towels. The television didn’t work either. It was also very loud because the walls are very thin and there was a large gap underneath the door to the hallway.

Room was fine.

Staff unfriendly and rude. Unwilling to accommodate date changes despite illness. Do not recommend unless certain about your travel.

The location was very convenient- right next to the train station and 15min walk to the center. The room was small but functional.

There was a persistent smell in the lower floors and it was also coming from the drains

Location

Very basic room, was very overpriced during that weekend. The bathroom is tiny.

Within a comfortable short walk to Aachen HBF. Room was comfortable even though noise from outside is clear if you leave window open. Ultimately good price for days required.

Check-in instructions weren't clear, saying you would be given a reservation code. In the end the automated check-in machine just asks for a surname as well which allowed successful check-in.Cleaners empty bins and add toilet roll if needed but nothing else.Toilet also not cleaned upon arrival, with stains on seat.

The location is the best, just a few minutes away from the central train station.

An intense smell of cigarettes could be smelled in the bathroom and the room. We had to kill an insect and the lamps near the beds did not work.

Quite close to the train station but there are hotels far closer at almost the same price

It is too hot with only a very small portable fan. The curtain also very light and don't close the windows well so light still coming to the room

The room price was suitable. We could found easily.Location was good.

You can placed fridge and microwave inside room, because we had melat but we didn't heat it

Douche XD. After 1 week of no showering it was lovely. And a normal bed

Nothing to be exact. I thought i booked HBF but i didnt. Was my own fault for not checking wel enough

Room was clean

I made the reservation in booking and i paid with credit card. When i reached the hotel entrance , at ceckin machine i had to pay one more time . So basically i paid double first time online second time at ceckin "desk"
