Perfect place for a long weekend in the city. The location is perfect and easily accessible both from the city centre and the highway. The staff is extremely caring and helpful, one my best experiences while travelling. 100% recommended and worth the price!!

My room had windows on the rear of the building and at night the street was very noisy, a bit difficult to fall asleep.

Perfect location in Aachen! We walked everywhere! Also, helpful staff attentive to Booking requests, I needed a late check in and the process was very easy. Comfortable room.

The instructions for late check-in didn’t quite match reality, and it was a bit challenging to find the envelope, requiring some dexterity and ingenuity.

Plain and simple hotel room with no frills which was a comfortable temperature.

Good location, staying for the Grand Prix in Spa. Clean, staff lovely. Two of our rooms were lovely and big. Hotel was quiet as well. Good value for money for the time of year and with the Grand Prix on

The hotel room is very neat and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the old town.

The location is easy walking distance but is located in town where there is a lot of noise, music and people about until late into the evening- just to take into consideration. The area felt a bit more unpleasant part of town.

Location was good for seeing the sights, and once I was able to drop the luggage and park the car, everything went quite smoothly. Breakfast was good too, and was glad they gave scrambled eggs as I hate hardboiled.

The room was overly humid, and a bit tight. It was also difficult to drop luggage with the rental car, and we struggled to find a place to stop long enough to unload.

One person bed room small but sufficient. Great downtown location.
