Great location, large room
Dated design, too expensive when we stayed
Great location--in the centre, right across the street from a car park.
The room was a bit warm. We couldn’t open the window as we were on the streetside and it would have been too noisy.
Very nice employees. They stored our luggage and moved it into our room. Very nice.
A lot of street noise in the room. Bed was a little too soft.
The location was easily walkable to the cathedral and city center, which we appreciated. The front desk staff were always friendly and very welcoming.
Nice and quiet
No parking, so you have to pay 18€/d in a parkinggarage (very) nearby
The staff was friendly and the room spacious.
The shower doors were terrible.
Everything was perfect. Nice and clean rooms, good location, excellent breakfast and extremely welcoming staff.

It was clean and the city center was nearby
It was a bit small room
Clean and efficient, bathroom newly done. perfect for an overnight stay because rooms small. Appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room and the closeness to the old town.
Can’t open the windows at night. Too noisy.
The room was comfortable and quiet although overlooking a main road. Only a 10 minute walk to the Dom which was nice. Didn't try the breakfast though it looked good. Public parking next door to the hotel was very convenient.
Though comfortable the room was small. However you get what you pay for and it was reasonably priced for a city centre hotel.
We stayed one night on our way back to UK from a holiday in Austria. The check-in team were very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the room were fine, it was clean and the bed comfortable. Whilst the location is rundown, it is within walking distance of the old town sights, which is good.
The room was very small, particularly the bathroom. The location is in a rundown area of the town, opposite the bus station. There were a lot of people whose lives have hit on hard times hanging around the streets and we also saw several rats. I was concerned about whether the vehicle would be safe in the area, but thankfully it was fine. Note, there is no parking at the hotel, the public car park nearby is height restricted so no good for our car which had a roof box, so we left the car on the road (and had to move it early next morning as there is no on street parking over 60 minutes after 9am nearby except for on Sundays). We moved the car to Blucherplatz, a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was a disappointment, with limited variety and the most expensive of our 4 hotel stays during our holiday across Germany and Austria.
Spacious, bright room; tea maker in room; good shower; excellent choice for breakfast
very nice staff. lovely people. We had fun!
distance walking. Many homeless people. We felt sorry.
Great location. Rooms are not huge but really nicely finished and equipped (I imagine they have been recently renovated). Excellent breakfast served by extremely pleasant and efficient staff. Brilliant welcome from friendly and accommodating reception staff.
Nothing really.
Wonderful welcoming staff. Happy to help with any questions we had. 10min walk from Aachen Hbf train station, bus stops within 5min walk. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bakeries and food right on the door step. Room and bed were comfortable.
It was great.
I could check in a bit before 15.00 when i arrived. Very much appreciated. Coffe in the room. Safety-box, AC you could control by yourself, etc. Quiet room. The view from the room was an old church wich was nice.
Feathers in the pillow and the blanket. WelI i could sleep good without it anyway so i did not ask for nonfeather bedware. Perhaps it could have been arranged by the hotel if i had asked.
The room was quiet and clean, reception staff was good
My daughter stayed 1 week in the hotel. The street where the hotel is dangerous there are lots of drug addicts on the street some of them attacked her last night. So location is very bad
