The room was horrible. The bed had stains on it, even a blood stain. Also, the blankets are extremely small. I could not cover myself at night. The showerhead was dripping all night, so you could hear drops of water. I will never visit this hotel again. Also, the worst is that my stay was during Valentine's Day.

We stayed on a busy day of Carnival. The property was super nice, location was perfect, reception staff super helpful particularly Sami who helped with critical information on parking on Carnival day, when all surrounding roads were blocked. Nice to have people at the front desk who are passionate about their work and go the extra mile to help their costumers. Maria was super nice at the check out.

Nothing all good. Did not end up using their parking as 4 minutes away the other parking was much cheaper and also safe from the Carneval blockade. 29 euro is pretty pricey anyway.

The room is wide and clean. Free mini bar is a nice touch. Mattress is conformable. Staff is friendly.

Unfortunately, and this was especially detrimental to me since I have a light sleep, but the hotel is not sound-proof when it comes to banging sounds (walking, doors closing etc.). I heard them a lot which stressed me - I didn't have a quality sleep.

LOVED the restaurant located at the hotel! Beautiful rooftop view and food quality was very nice. The mini bar in the room was very nice and we appreciated the additional towels delivered each day.

1. The airconditioning in our room was broken. We reported this to the front desk immediately but nothing was done to repair it and no offer to move to another room. The room was incredibly hot and we could not leave the window open over night for fear of birds flying in. 2. Be more welcoming at the restaurant when greeting walk in customers. Not everyone has the ability to make reservations in advance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, located just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions of the city center. The rooms are extremely well designed, with clever and efficient use of space. Although the room itself is not very large, the layout works remarkably well: there is a separate toilet behind a closed door and a spacious, cabin-style shower in a separate area, which adds a lot of comfort and privacy. A small but highly practical detail deserves special mention: the shower door opens inward and is fitted with an excellent silicone seal, effectively preventing water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. It may seem minor, but it makes a real difference and shows thoughtful design. All facilities were clean, well-maintained, and functioned perfectly.The bed was large and very comfortable, with spotless linens and towels. We stayed over New Year’s, and even though our room was located directly opposite the lift, it was very quiet. Guests were respectful, and we did not experience any noise disturbance at all.The restaurant and breakfast area is cozy and inviting, and the breakfast offers a very generous variety of options. Overall, a comfortable, well-thought-out hotel that we would happily recommend!

Room was dusty and the staff in the bar/restaurant not very professional. They are certainly not rude, even friendly, but it looks like the have not been trained well.

Great location, easy accessible parking, helpfull staff. Fitness and sauna free to use, free beverages in the room. Great terrace with amazing view. Super good breakfast. My compliments!

Ive never stayed at an InnSide hotel before, loved the funk vibe... The rooms are quite basic, but well laid out. Its great to have a mini fridge with drinks (non-alcoholic) included in the room costs.. Even better to have tea & coffee. Fantastic breakfast options, loved that to was in the roof top bar and restaurant, nice view of the cityGreat value for money !!

Rooms are modestly sized (still good value for money). If I had been travelling with big bags then storage may have been a bit tight.

The parking is available for everyone, not private for the hotel. We had to park quite some way away from the hotel and also still had to pay for parking.

Well located close to the city center; parking place (with fee) available; rooms a quite spacious; large breakfast; restaurant on the roof with beautiful view on Aachen. Staff was kind.

bathroom is not separated from the room and sanitary smells in the whole room; we also found 3 insects in the corner of the bathroom.
