Modern clean spacious comunal areas. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Car park.

No pool (it was closed). WiFi wouldn’t connect & no instructions for it in the room. No instructions how to contact reception. Cooked breakfast was poor but lots of choice for other cold stuff.

The staff was nice and the ability for late checkin was great. The taxi service was really good and the bar area with the massage chair was good. The hotel is quiet and very clean on arrival air conditioning was good.

The room was very spartan, with only two pillows which meant one pillow each. Altough this was fixed by asking tor another pillow. Also our room was not cleaned once over the 4 nights we spent there, we even put the sign to clean our room out but it was not cleaned. Also for someone reason they wanted the full payment from me on night 3 instead or checkout, they even left a letter in my room that I must come to the desk and pay which I found was strange, rather than just pay at checkout.

We had a very good experience at this property. Everything was up to our expectations. I would like to give special shoutout to the person at the front desk on the night of 22nd December, they were really welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

Third time staying here. Quiet area rather close to Carollus Thermen and not far from the historical centre. Clean and comfortable hotel for staying a night in Aachen.

Breakfast and parking is too expensive. Beds a bit too soft for my liking.

We arrived after a very long drive and were met with a lovely welcome. Unfortunately when we got to our room it hadn’t been cleaned so we returned to the front desk where the lady was extremely apologetic and she immediately upgraded us and made everything in the mini bar complimentary, which was incredibly kind and generous. The uncleaned bedroom was clearly a shock to her and I’m sure this was a one off blip! We really cannot fault the customer service, welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our epic Europe / Turkey drive. Aachen is also a really lovely city!

It was a very comfortable room with clean facilities.

It is a very expensive place, depends on when you book it. Don't park by the entrance if you have a family, because by the morning our car was so dirty from birds, ended up in a carwash.

Uncomfortable bed, too stiff mattress, they couldn’t give a second pillow.

The rooms were exceptionally clean.

Since we were visiting family it was in an excellent spot to get to the motorway but also to the city centre.

The property was fineBut the normal route was closed off and we had to drive via a 3 mile detour to get thereI had asked the receptionist by phone to send me instructions & he failed to do soIf it had been explained on booking that it was so difficult to find we would have gone elsewhere

The difficulty finding it

The pool, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast. We travelled with our family dog and this was by far the most pet friendly hotel we have been to.

The staff were very helpful and patient. The hotel was ok, but just ok. I think the price was very fair.

The breakfast price was too high in our opinion.

Air conditioning not working on the rooms, it was very hot. Also my first room had no fridge and I asked to change and got another room.

It’s not in the centre of town and it’s a little disappointing that they charge for parking.
