B&B HOTEL Aachen City-Ost

Warm and bed comfy . Staff friendly

Not a great location (personally didn’t feel too safe) Unable to get any apps like Amazon, Netflix ,

Location and price.

Not clean, bathroom smelly, limited breakfast selection.

The hotel room is more spacious and has more entertainment options compared to similar offers for this price in Aachen, and people can definitely enjoy their leisure time in the room. The design of the room is appealing.

However, the walls in the room are very thin, and one wall has a permanently locked door shared with the neighbours, so in the evenings one can hear their neighbours very well.

A room was clean, warm and cozy. I had good sleep. Location is central and close to the spa.

I missed a kettle.

Breakfast was fine. Everything you need.

Well, it still is a B&B hotel, perfect for a night or for work but not a long holiday. It's nice enough as it is.

Location

Pure breakfastNo other facilities like cafe etc

The location of the hotel was good, near Aachen city. The room was big enough and clean.Overall, the hotel with good value for money

No amenity in the room and bathroom. The bed and bedding weren't very comfortable.

Location Staff amazing Room nice and comfortable bed

I would love to have a kettle in a room )

Room location is very good, thanks to the size of city of Aachen. Its in front of bus stop. Many dinign places are nearby to hotel.

Eevrything was simply optimum, clearly aligining to the price charged.

The accessibility to the place where we wanted to go

The pillow and the location to hang used clothes is beside the bed

easy check-in and parking space available

the room temperature was too hot and the air-condition made too much noise

Not a very pleased experience

The breakfast, the organization of the people, the door of the entrance on the night was not working, our password on the entrance at night was not working, the emergency telephone number, nobody answered... The water when u arrived was not warm, nobody informed us about it. Besides just one elevator was working, so we had to wait a long time in the mornings. They gave a room to a friend of mine that was very dirty, and then they change the room, THERE WAS SOMEONE INSIDE THE ROOM!!

Good central location

No hot water during our entire stay. When asked, the person at the reception was quite rude.

Insulation, douche

Checkin / digital access / vending machine — none worked.

Good value for the money, clean, modern furniture.

No functional air conditioning. Noisy street. as it was a hot summer day, I needed to open the window because no air conditioning. Bad neighbourhood.

Everything! Very polite and competent staff, clean and comfortable facilities, very good location near the historical center.

A few more options for breakfast, but it was already very good!

Central location, clean and have parking area

This is a simple hotel with a great location and parking. There is everything you need, a delicious, familiar breakfast, nothing superfluous. The room was comfortable and quiet.

It was hot, the pillow was not comfortable.

accessible public transport

no air conditioning, average breakfast

Location, comfy bed, easy check in.

Air-conditioning wasn't working well
