Pros +
- Nice people.
- centrally located, has parking, agreat breakfast buffet and a decent snack bar. The service personnel was friendly and solicitous throughout. Our room was clean, relatively small, but well planned with everything a traveller needs, including hanging space
- Good location
Cons -
- No tea kettle. Beds fell apartt and were hard to put back together.
- The bathrooms, though exceptionally clean, were tiny. You could almost fit them into a closet, shower included.
- They 'welcome' the guests in winter time with cold room, with windows open. King bad made by two matresses, which repeatedly slided from each other, making a gap between me and my wife.

Rooms are clean, the place is easy to find and the parking is easily accessable. The breakfast was pretty nice with a lot of things to choosw from.
The glasses need to be a bit bigger.
Ok for one night
The room and the hotel overall weren’t very clean. The room had a lot of dust and a musty smell. You should pay for the parking
The room was clean, facilities worked well, met the description on the website. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly.
A member of staff knocked on our door at 9am - although checkout was until 12 - to ask us when we were leaving, which we found odd.
Excellent location. Close to the central station and the center of Aachen. Attentive and helpful staff. Room and bed were okay. Good value for money. Easy check-in and check-out.
The bathroom and shower are cramped; only one person can fit at a time.
Very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom small but good.
We always stay at B&Bs, and so far have had no issues in general. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and there’s no noise. Overall, the prices are reasonable, and the locations are conveniently close to everything we usually need.
The only issue we’ve consistently had is with late checkout. Even when we request it in advance and put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff sometimes still knock and ask when we’re leaving. It would be great if the team could coordinate better and avoid disturbing guests during rest hours.
Location is perfect, around the corner of the station. Staff really friendly. WiFi working very well.
The rooms are pretty noisy. You can hear the tv from the room next to you, people coughing, talking loud etc.
Proximity to center. Unpretentious, comfortable, clean accommodation.
Staff behavior, location of property
Not much options in breakfast, no hot food options either. Price was higher , stayed one night before in Amsterdam prices were much better.
Location. Warm rooms.
Very small room and bathroom. We were there for 3 days, not a single room cleaning. Weird smell.
Good location, 10 minutes walking to the city centre.
Bathroom was very small.
Super friendly service and practical for one night.
The facilities are quite old. Shower was not super clean.
Workers were soo good. Environment was clean.
A little bit of noice from the road side. There are no coffee machine, no portable refrigerator, no microwave. At least , there should be a coffee machine. The pillows were too small in sizes Thanks
Location & breakfastThey had undercover parking.
Room was small. At the arrival the signage was not clear where they were, the reception or parking. No ice available.
Requested a quiet room and got on facing the inner courtyard which was perfectly ok. Staff was very nice.
The bathroom was tiny.
The cleanliness was excellent. Looks modern and newly outfitted. We appreciated that we could open the windows properly to "luft" and at the same time the heating was good and easy to adjust. The location was excellent, very easy to reach the train station and the old town centre. Not far from several restaurants and bakeries. We used street parking for our car, not too hard to find a spot (27 December) and there was no tariff on Sundays. Street parking also seemed safe enough.
The size was a bit of a surprise.. a bit like a cabin on a ship, especially the bathroom which was a challenge for the tallest member of our group. But we really just used the rooms to sleep in, we were out throughout the days.
The room was very cozy for 2 persons and walkable from the city center and hbf (train station). The staffs were present 24*7 at the reception and very kind to provide any service on request like hot water or late night snacks. Even they kept my luggage for 5 hours in the strong room on the checkout day. I'll strongly recommend this B&B in Aachen.
