Next to main station. Perfect for a detour day trip. Lady reception is very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality!

Location is unmatched with train station across the street

Stained bed frame, stained sheets, ripped sheets/bedding, deflated pillows (I wouldn’t call them pillows), unable to contact or get ahold of any staff after hours, door was not the easiest to open, very thin walls and can heat everything from other guests.

I was on a higher level and had to climb stairs - but well lit and wide stairway. There was never anyone there to see to ask for a lower level

Location was perfect. Getting off the train and being able to check in straight away is priceless. The amenities were everything you would expect. The room was a reasonable size and everything was as clean as you would want it to be. Good TV, good bathroom. Decor was simple but functional

The pillows didn’t have much substance (I know people have mentioned this before). But if you need head/neck support you will need to bring your own pillow because there is not much stuffing inside them. The bed was OK. Again, if you are an elderly person you may have trouble as the mattress is quite thin (more like a futon on a bed base). One thing to mention that is completely out of the hotel’s control, but the street is quite nosy throughout the night. Obviously the location it is in attracts a lot of noise and the rooms don’t seem to be soundproofed (enough or at all) to block it out. I personally woke up once or twice in the night in a jump scare. If you are a heavy sleeper this may not be an issue.

Easy check in, very comfortable bed. A 15 min walking distance from the city centre. We parked the car in C&A, very affordable carpark. Pet free of charge. That’s an additional point!

Basic, no frills hotel near station. Clean comfy ,friendly staff, good value. Very quiet, warm. Plenty of hot water

Slightly confusing entry system.

Great location if you're traveling by train. Easy instructions to get the key if you arrive after the hotel reception is closed. The room and bathroom we had were basic, but large, clean and very well maintained. Fantastic value for money if you're traveling on a budget.

Nothing really. Would have liked a kettle for tea and coffee but hey for that price it's a very small issue.

room is clean and big. i cant complain it. but at the same time very noisy unfortunately. hotel is near the main train station already and homeless people etc. yelling all night. moreover rooms sound isolation is very bad. you can hear all the footstep, talks and similiar sounds from up and downstairs. maybe its not directly hotels responsibilty but as a guest i woke up constantly all night long

Unfortunately, the hotel was locked and in the dark we were unable to access the hotel for our booked stay. The saving grace is that we have been refunded

Location, price

It was a very reasonable price however the room could have been less spartan. Beds and linen in need of a refresh. It's a great location but noisy at night.

Perfect location near by the train station.The room is super clean and has a comfortable space.

Very helpful and pleasant staff - young man at the desk especially (but not exclusively!) generous with information and tips about the Christmas Market and he gave us a coin token for Glühwein and souvenir cup from one of the stands.

Great location and hygiene, really helpful and polite hosts, I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Aachen
