Pleasant and helpful staff and good breakfast. Clean room. Perfect for our one night stay with a kid.

Close to the main road, so slightly noisy if the windows were open. When closed, it was fine.Self check in after 4pm is not rocket science so to speak, but maybe a little tiresome especially if one arrives after a long tiring drive. But still, it's not too big an issue.Not very close to restaurants. A 20min walk. A slight disadvantage when one's very tired after a long drive. But since we had the car, we just drove down.

Good location, room was clean and quiet but small for 2 people. It was very convenient for us, close to City centre

Breakfast was included but breakfast room very small considering amount of customers in at the same time.

for that prise i usually get standart room, not a loft. for 1 night ok.

the windows isolate the noise from the main street very well. the crew at the office are super kind!.room was big and clean, well taken care of

the check-in machine is complicated. the price for the parking is abusive 15€ per night.this should not become a standard charging 15€ for parking a car in a hotel, especially if the car is just going to be outside, at the facade of the hotel at the main street.

When you stay at the side of the big road, it can be noisy.

Breakfast was a good selection and nice, rooms very clean and functional, comfortable bed. Gentleman responded rapidly to the problem with the access card.

Not enough parking, check in machine didn’t dispense my access card.Double bed with two single quilts was a bit odd.

Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The hotel is next to a gas station and a road, but it wasn't noisy, so that was great. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the center of Aachen, which was very doable. We stayed one night, and this hotel was great for that.

My bed was a little squeaky, and the door to the bathroom didn't close all the way unless you locked it. The breakfast room is on the smaller side, but the breakfast itself was tasty and a good start to the day.

Location, excellent vslue for money and proper breakfast

The bed was under the slopiing ceiling.... we risked hurting our heads. And no lift. But for the rest, i really recommend it

It was comfortable l, quiet and breakfast was nice. The location was half mile from city center.

It would have been nice to have parking included instead of the 15€ fee per day.

Towels had seen better days, also they provided tea coffee facilities but no cups

The room I booked in this small hotel, was quite large, spotlessly clean, and quiet at night. No views whatsoever (glazed window facing a residential building) but I honestly don't care as the value was unbelievable. Good sized bathroom (also very clean), with all the basics covered, a kettle, hairdryer, etc. There's an extra fee of 15€ to park in front of the hotel. It's not in the centre of Aachen, but you can be in the town hall square in about 25 minutes walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast, which was included in the reservation, had surprisingly good quality and variation for the small price you're paying - fresh pastries, cheese, eggs several ways, etc. Overall, I would totally recommend if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay, with superb value for money.

I have no complaints, although I guess that, for some people, the glazed window and no views might be a problem.

Confi bed and friendly owners. Nice breakfast with many different things to choose.

Breakfast was ok but could be a little bit better. When we areived at the breakfastroom (one hour before due) some of the food was already finished and not refilled

Dont let the outside fo the hotel fool you. It is really pretty, comfy and clean inside.

Its not that i didnt like it, it is rather something i found weird: the lady in charge of breakfast was washing the dishes while guests were eating right next to her, and/ or just standing next to the sink looking at what guests are putting on their plates...never experienced that before, and being a small kitchen it felt a bit weird.

Easy access to the town and the staff were very friendly and an excellent breakfast

There was no plain black tea. If you have English people staying, please get plain black tea.
