Location is good! Comfortable beds. For the price it was ok

It was hard to find the parking, we have a medium size car and it was very hard to put it in the garage. The bathroom was not very nice

Very clean and comfortable beds. Close to train station. Also parking near station is free on weekend days

The room was clean and very warm. Good pressure of hot water. Hairdryer, clean towels and clean bed linen. The room's windows overlooked the courtyard, it was very quiet and calm. There is an elevator. Perfect hotel for 2-3 overnights.

I had emailed the hotel a few days before asking for advice on parking, but the answer was only received after we had checked in. It was difficult to pull up outside on an extremely busy road to enquire about parking before checking in, so perhaps a bit more information ahead of time on their hile page might help the next person.For anyones future information, there's a public multi-storey a few hundred metres up the road on the left called the APAG and we parked at 9.30pm until just before 10 am for 8 euros.

No place to stop and unload the car. Reception was not open until 2pm check-in time.

No one at the office must wait till 14.00 ,this the bad thing must be someone at office in the morning because the visitor come in the morning to leave the luggage.

the property mistakenly checked me out one day early in their system, so their provided keycard did not allow me back into their hotel past midnight on my last day of stay there. I could only enter the hotel when the cleaners arrived after 8 am. Can’t begin to describe how mad I am at this mistake and the fact that I had to spend a night outside.

Room was very comfortable, no noise issues like others described, breakfast was nice and simple, and the price and location are of course the best parts about this hotel. I was initially worried about reception not being present for most of the day, but this ended up not being a problem. Very much recommended for a short stay of 1-3 days.

Sizable clumps of dust under the bed, the bathroom shower had a couple spots of mold, the bathroom vent had some dust in it as well. Not a huge issue if you're only here for a night or two, but any longer and I would hope they clean it more often.

Our room was close to stairs so it got too loud at night and couldn't sleep very well.I am not sure about Aachen prices, but have paid less in a better hotel range in Düsseldorf, that's why I consider the price is not suitable for the place.

Was a tidy room, pretty spacious and very big bathroom. Bed was comfy enough - the double was made up of two singles, but couldn't tell too much that that was the case. Nice and close to food places for a later dinner after the Christmas Market and close to the train station making it easy to leave early in the morning, with an easy key drop off for check out.

Was a shame no kettle or mugs for tea or coffee, but for a budget hotel, I guess it minimises on costs.
