Central location.

Not comfortable. Poor breakfast. Too crowded. No staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel garage is spacious.

There was an oder in the bathroom from the drains not being used I'm a while.

The location is good, close to city centre.

We were unfortunately kept awake most of the night by drug dealers who set up just outside the hotel and who were selling laughing gas to passers by (5 euro a blow). There was a lot of taking, screaming, sounds of a machine blowing up ballons, sucking sounds, loud laughter, etc. Unluckily for us we had a room of the street side, on the first floor just over the entrance. We also had a room on the inner side of the hotel. This was completly quiet. So, some of my party slept well while others had a fairly sleepless night.

The location is very good: near the center.The room is simple but ok.

The last day of our stay, there was a lot people for the breakfast and the staff didn't replenish the breakfast.I must ask it to them and then they did it, but at 10AM, they already take everything away, so we hadn't much time to take breakfast.

Close to the attractions. Clean, accessible, staff are super friendly. Room is perfect for a few nights stay. Beds are comfortable.

The twin beds or rather single are very small and narrow

I was attracted by the location and the parking. I was given poor directions to the parking but found it after wasting valuable time. Can't think of anything else.

Overpriced. Some of the staff were rude. Room smaller than I expected. I gave up trying to complete my breakfast because it was chaotic. I complained when checking out, but the person was not interested.

Location and staff.

The hotel was really dirty. We found pieces of chips under the bad and it was possible to notice that the carpet was not clean. Beds were also not comfortable.

It is very central, perfect for the Christmas market.

There was no free parking. It is a bit old-style looking. It is very expensive for what you get.

The only thing we liked was the location. Everything else was just focused on cost savings to increase profits for the owner of the hotel.

They couldn’t care less about customer experience or wowing their guests. It’s all about optimising profits at the expense of the guests. There is hardly any communication with any human being anymore. The room we had was totally overpriced with the most basic equipment and furnitures.

Cost is high compare to room size and facilities in room. No water kettle, and other required items.

Excellent location, car park in the building, clean rooms, comfortable beds, both rooms close to each other, friendly staff

Breakfast room was crowded and breakfast choice of food and quality of food was average

Nice breakfast buffet, and perfect location, close to the altstadt.

Beds were not very comfortable, neither were the pillows provided. The rooms are very simple, there is unfortunately not even a kettle for some hot tea.

Good location for History sites close to bus station nice city day and a half plenty of time.

Nothing could be better

Location is good, central. For those who are not happy with traffic noise (which is not blocked by the windows), your should specify that in the request. I did and, although initially they allocated us a noisy room at the street, the reception managed to find another room which responded to my booking request.

Breakfast is not being refilled- we arrived 30 minutes before finish and we scarcely could find something.

Perfect location right in the heart of Aachen — you can walk everywhere! Great value for the price. The room was small but cozy and comfortable for our family of three. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to sleep and explore the city!

It can be a bit confusing when arriving by car, as the garage entrance is on a different street from the main hotel reception — but we were informed about it ahead of our arrival. Aside from that, everything was great.
