Great location, friendly staff, breakfast included

The bathroom in my room had a very strong "toilet" smell that actually leaked out into the hallway a bit. Fortunately, with the bathroom door closed, it wasn't noticeable in the room itself, but using the bathroom was kind of unpleasant. Also: no towels!

The position, close to city center and 30 minutes walk to bus station. Nice view to the river and the bridge. Big and clean room, clean linen. Cheap basic breakfast.

The room was cold, especially the floor. Strange feeling with the open space shower, water going almost in the room, the metal closet and chairs, lack of decoration and hanging stuff.The price quite high for what they offer.

Very good spacious separate rooms river view with private bathroom for good value. Heating, you can choose the level. Helpful friendly staff.

The floor in the room is cold - better to takes slippers or warm socks with you. The breakfast was a bit meager. At 9am was long queue you can’t avoid.

- bunk beds should have a better ladder, it's very easily to slip from the steps;- weird rule about no food in the room

The location is perfect 10 minutes walking from the station and the staff was very helpful

Small and loud metal cabinet, open shower made a mess, automatic light in the bathroom, hardly any decoration, basic breakfast, no check when picking up luggage, expensive

Bed stuff sooo clean and tidy.Clean rest and shower rooms.I have not try the food yet.because I brought fruits with me.?But the staff are also lovely.

Cold feeling in rooms, not homy, no fruit for breakfast

It was on the river.

Shower was stained and breakfast was very limited.

I liked everything 10/10 just a little disappointment for room. I chose the room with river window. River view was there but it was only a window window I booked the room with a full door view not a window. And I got a room with a window not a door.That’s all

Stairs, but staff helped with liuggage

The views from the bedroom over the river Maas were great. The room was tidy and clean. There was safe bike storage.

The room was small with minimal furnishing. The on site restaurant was closed. The room was expensive.

Perfect location for me as it is on walking distance to my work. Love the room and its view, the good bed -always sleep well- and the fact that is is really quiet. Have not used the breakfast.Also love the fact that families and young people are around with great positive energy.

You have to be aware that it is a youth hostel which does not have a regular restaurant. So, when large groups are there or the place if fully booked, they serve a buffet dinner. It's probably good, but finished is finished. As this was the case on all my evenings, one time I could order a pizza (not recommended) and once the nachos (very nice). But, five minutes walk further up, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants if you need something else.

The location of this hostel is perfect, very close to the city center, a 10 min walk, near the river.I stayed there during the carnival celebration, and it was calm and quiet. I loved that.Staff were very friendly. The room was clean, new, and convenient with a locker. A big nice common area. I had a pleasant first time hostel stay!

Everything was excellent! I only would have appreciated that the check-out time would have been 11 am instead of 10 am, but that is just personal preference.

Disappointing

the staff gave me the wrong room and even I asked again she still said it’s right, the roommates in the room were so rude and snored so loud I cannot slept and had to change another during midnight, so horrible experience

Location, bar and room

Great vibe on the main floor. Nice bar, nice breakfast.

Not enough hooks in the bedroom (towels, coats, etc). A bit pricey, but it was during Christmas Market season, so it was probably market value... Also, bring your own pillow.

Friendly staff, good comfort for a bunk bed

The badge they gave me didn't work, so I got locked out of the hostel in the middle of the night and the number to call in these situations they provided was useless since nobody picked up. Luckily by chance a person staying at the hostel passed by the lobby and she was able to open the door for me, but in principle I might have been locked out in the cold until the next morning
