Location, spacious room
Only one pillow per bed
The owner was very hospitable and helped with all requests. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet place in the city center. The room (N1) is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was great!
All is good
Very comfortable and in the old town, convenient location. Had a well stocked and reasonably priced mini bar, something very much appreciated. Sunny room with lots of windows.
Only difficulty is no elevator, but it’s an old building so nowhere to put one.
Staff was very friendly. Location was good
No elevator, so if you have big bags, you must request a lower floor.
Location very good, room very good size and comfortable
Not the fault of the accommodation, but parking in Maastricht is very expensive
Spacious room, central location and bow welcoming and service oriented Dirk is. I'd left behind my cardigan and Dirk wasted no time in organising the return to me.
Nice and spacious room
Bathroom was coldPillows were hard
Excellent location, very large room, very warm (well heated for winter). Staff very helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities. Complimentary breakfast snacks daily in reception area were very nice. I would also highly recommend Cafe Forum which is a bar/restaurant on the corner of the same street. We ate and drank there twice. Excellent selection of beers, food was great and the staff were always very friendly.
Nothing!
Central location, friendly helpful staff. Spacious room.
Great location! Really good communication from Dirk beforehand with advice on parking, etc. Dirk is a superb host and gave us lots of tips about our area. Our room on the top floor was spacious, bright and airy - well worth the climb :)
Location is perfect, the room was absolutely beautiful and all was set up for our arrival with three kids. Thank you so much for your kindness and for making our night so easy and enjoyable! For sur will be back if ever back in Maastricht
Very small, but absolutely beautiful and atmospheric hotel in a great location in Maastricht. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but there are many nice places nearby where you can have breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful (Maria, thank you for the nice conversation and all your advice and suggestions!). The reception is not open 24 hours but a few days before we arrived we were told that the key would be in a box by the entrance and we were given the code to open the box. Everything worked great! We will definitely come back!
spacious, clean, comfortable, excellent location
