Great location, very clean and very comfortable beds.

The fee for parking was very high and so was the breakfast. The decor was a little dated.

Breakfast was very good. The best part was the view on the Vrijhof. Service was very personal and nice. Good selection of foods. Overall, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff.

The carpet in the hotel room was all torn and old . I also didn’t like that there was nobody at the reception after 9pm. I also didn’t understand the fire/ evacuation plan. Would be hard to get out of there alive in case of a fire

Great location in the centre, quiet, clean

Airconditioning is too loud, heating is fixed to warm up the room to below 20 degrees, no light in the room's corridor, no wardrobe, bathroom is practically part of the room, no real separation of odours, price is too high for what is offered.

Twin beds were insufferableThey kept splitting and felt really movable so I had to yank a mattress off one of them and place it on the floor to feel stable,which worked!

The location of this hotel is just perfect, you can walk to everything. There is an Albert Hein grocery store just down the street with ready made things for lunch if you don’t feel like going out. The staff is extremely helpful at the front desk. There is parking available for a fee, but really it is a fair price of 39€ The room is small but extremely clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable and there is a coffee maker in the room. Hot showers with a clean bathroom. Really happy with this hotel, I would book it again if ever in Maastricht

No view but really, all we did was sleep so it didn’t matter

The location in close proximity to two large squares was perfect. We were able to see the Vreihof Square Friday Market set up and wander the stalls with such amazing fresh food choices. The following fish and cheese stalls were mouth watering. Around this square were great cafes for people watching and find. Our favorite was The Capital, whose fruit crepes were delicious. The close proximity of this hotel to so many venues made this a great choice.

The location is perfect, right in the center of Maastricht.

The hotel is old and not taken care. We were there for two nights and had no hot water or AC. They brought us a fan and said there was nothing they could do about the AC. They said they tried to fix the hot water issue with no luck. They refunded $173 for the first night, however they changed the room price for the second night to $540, so there was really no refund. We booked this through booking.com and they were not helpful either so I will not use them anymore.

The parking which was promoted didn't work out. The parking for the hotel was full and the partner parking lot also didn't work. Had to park about 1km away. Should let people know when booking that parking can be limited. That's my beef with the parking.

The staff were kind and gave us extra pillows and a wine opener when we asked. Location is just off the main square and 15 mins from train station. Huge bathrooms, rooms were large with windows that could open to the street (though it was a bit loud at night as it was off the main square).

The beds were so uncomfortable, made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was below average. Hotel definitely needs a refurbishment, especially for the price - very outdated.

The hotel and the rooms have a nice ambience. All staff members were very helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent right at the city centre with easy access by car. The underground parking is almost across the road.

It was the first hotel where I've been to that was silent! The staff was super nice, and the room was clean. It was all very pleasant.

The Wi-Fi for sure, it was very bad. Not sure if it was because my room was rather secluded, but still. Do not go there if you need to work from the hotel room.

The beds are ok and the location is fantastic

The bathroom is mini mini mini. The sliding door of the bathroom cannot close properly resulting in enjoying all noises.

Great location! Nice big room

Too much furniture cluttering the room. Too dark, needs more lamps. Refrigerator is not a real refrigerator and useless. Better to have a small refrigerator in the cupboard near the safe.

Room was cold. Location was excellent. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is in a great location, and the room was very nice and spacious.

The room was a little cold and as far as I could see had no way of independently turning the heating on.
