Very friendly service, spotless room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, super quiet (in room 1 ground floor rear). Easy check in with useful baggage drop-off. Easy walk everywhere.

Great location, staff and rooms. It's a small hotel, that really gives out a local feel so to speak. Great customer service, staff stayed longer, just to accomodate our arrivel, that was an hour later then expected.

Minibar being a bit noisy, but that was easily canceled by unplugging it.

Loved how big the room was and the location - just a short stroll to the market square.Also, great communication from the owners, who were super friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 5, and there should have been a mention that the bathroom, including toilet, is open to the room. Also, tiny pillows! Other than that, it was perfectly pleasant :)

Great place unfortunately we were given a room on the top floor, which was a good room but we are 70 plus and walking up the small stair case was very difficult. In future we should mention difficulty claiming stairs

Beautiful hotel and stylish decorated rooms with up-cycled materials. Creative designs. Clean and modern. Great location a few minutes walk to the center and 15 min walk to central station. Bus stop outside the door as well. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Quick replies and gave tips when needed. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Nespresso machine in the room and even a nice little terrace in the ground floor.

No proper aircon. It was 35 degrees outside and similar inside. Very basic hotel. Only a couple of rooms. More like a B&b

We were not able to sleep due to the heat, 2 very noisy fans but no AC. And it was the deluxe room.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Needed extra help to keep some medicine cold, at the hotel and also on my way back home, and they help me figure that out, I really appreciated that. Outstanding customer service!

The room was good and everything was clean & comfortable

Had difficulties with check-in. The staff was supposed to be there during my check-in time (around 12:30PM local time) as it's stated they're at the desk until 2:00PM, but no one was there and I was waiting at the door for around 20 minutes and no one came. Reached out to someone through WhatsApp to learn that "today is an exception" and no staff is there at all and I am supposed to use their self - check-in system instead. The situation and the wait was super annoying as I had just arrived after the super-tiring trip and have booked this particular place exactly because of the early check-in possibility (which was also expected to be fast and easy)

We absolutely loved this place. It was booked specifically to be convenient for the Muziekgieterij venue where we were attending an event, as it is very conveniently located for this, but would actually recommend for any future visits to Maastricht. The staff member who checked us in was absolutely lovely and fluent in both English and German (the couple checking in before us were German), gave us loads of hints and tips about the city. Our room was fantastic - lovely modern design with exposed brickwork, large with a big comfortable bed, good bathroom and even an outside terrace.

The location is excellent, the rooms are very unique and large, compared to anything available in town. The hosts are delightful and helpful.

We absolutely loved every single aspect of the accommodation.
