Really good location, clean and spacious room with a bath which is always a bonus. Coffee machine, fridge, kettle in room also.

Excellent location. Didier our host was very friendly as were all the staff. Room 2 on the front of the hotel was quiet. Blackout curtains on the front too were great.

Blackout curtain on the window near the door to the room. Pointless having them on the front but not on the back windows.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's less than a 20-minute walk from the train station. So it's very convenient to get to. It is just around the corner from the best square in town: Basilica of Our Lady. The proximity to shops and bars and restaurants is a huge asset. The restaurant had an impressive menu, but I didn't eat there. The room was great. It was really like an apartment. There was sleeping for at least three people. In addition to the main room with the beds and mini fridge, etc, there was a sitting room and full bathroom. The staff were very kind and accommodating.

There isn't much that I didn't like. There isn't an elevator, but the man who checked me in carried my bags to my room. The bathroom was highly functional but a bit tight to get to the sink.

super central location in the heart of beautiful city. Superb bars/cafe/ restaurants outside you door. Will be back great spot

The property was really clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I liked that the room was spacious. However, it would have been helpful to have a desk to work at and/or place items on. It was very useful to have a large fridge and kettle.

Although the property is in the heart of Maastricht, for me this was a major problem because the restaurants and bars on the streets outside of the hotel were very noisy until very late at night. I also got woken up very early in the morning each day around 6 am because of the rubbish collection - the glass bottles were so extremely noisy when they were emptied into the van. Also, there is no air-conditioning in the hotel room, so because it was over 30°C it was unbearably hot at night. The electric fan didn’t really help, unfortunately.

Best location to explore the heart of Maastricht. Basic amenities but our room was spacious, clean.

Room was a bit warm but we were provided with a fan.

    8NatashaPosted on: 7-6-2024

very centrally located, very comfortable room, large and spacious, coffee and tea were provided. Bed was comfy as were the linens provided. The staff was great and accommodating in the bistro downstairs.

Only issue is that being in a city you will have noise during night and early morning. with some ear plugs its doable.

size of the room, in the city center

No aircondioning, very hot to sleep when outside is hot too- loud because of the nightlife around, no mirror in the room, cleaning could be more often, no desk in the room, furnitures are outdated, bed is too soft.

Amazing location, nice and modern apartment

It was extremely noisy. I closed all windows but I could still hear the people down in the street. And the church bells woke me up every freaking hour. I did not rest much which wasn’t great for my work trip.

The location was great, the rooms comfortable, the bistro had great food and wine, super convenient when tired from traveling or sightseeing.Staff helpful with luggage a great plus when 82 and no elevator

No elevator to second and 3rd floor

Good location in the center of Maastricht. Near a few squares with restaurants and bars.

Door to bistro is a bit small and hard to enter but nothing too difficult.

    Location was pretty good..

A lot of noise from the below bars/restaurants and streets till late hours. There's a constant ticking/tapping sound in the room with a very noisy fridge.

    8DebbiePosted on: 3-22-2024

I liked the outlook from the window looking over the cobblestone street, church and restaurants.

All of the doors were difficult to open. Be aware you can't drive up to it, you have to park a few streets away and walk.

Lots of room. Nice sitting area, coffee, tea, tv, exceptionally clean.
