Bed was nice, breakfast was really good and staff was very nice.

When we arrived, there were still some traces of past guests in the bathroom, like a few little hairs in the bath tub. And the room was still sandy before we stepped into the room

It was chaos. Our room was a mess when we entered, and the next morning someone just randomly entered our room…

Good location, nice decoration, friendly staff

The floor was dirty, bed uncomfortable, and parking space limited.

Nice breakfast, nice location (beautiful city center). Near the train station and near nice restaurants. There was soup for free, but we didn't manage to taste it (as we went out for dinner).

We had a parking place reservation at the hotel, but when me and my colleague arrived it seemed overbooked (while we asked two hours before arrival if the reservation was valid and we asked how to get there). We could find another parking space near the station, and they gave a free soda drink. The staff was friendly but all went a bit chaotic. The room was small, with small windows that cannot open, only a small part, for one night it was ok.

Room was good . Bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable

Clean, good location near station and parking, friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was on the ground floor, street side and the first one you see when you open the door in the hallway we did have a lot of noise from the street for example people walking by talking loudly cars and trains as well as the door in the hall way constantly being opened and closed that made a loud noise.

Comfortable bedding, great location, friendly staff, good value for the money.

A very quiet and nice but simply furnished and comfortable room with great air conditioning. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. A terrific and generous breakfast and complementary fruit and hot soup all day added to the experience. So too did the secure bicycle storage.

The shower was great. Free coffee 24 hours a day. Free toiletries. The air conditioning worked great when it was the hottest day of the year. We got free water when we arrived. One block away from the train station and the main bus hub. It was walkable to restaurants and stores.

The bed was a little too firm for me

My family and I enjoyed a nice room with a sofa bed and twin beds. This is much more than sufficient for 3 persons. The room decoration is efficient and modern. The breakfast is great.

The hotel is really good, stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. My room was comfortable and very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to many nice restaurants, it's a pleasant walk to the city center and the train station is just around the corner. I really enjoyed my stay.

The room would be small for two people and there is not so much space to leave clothes.

Bedroom looked good, although the floor was dusty. Other times cleanliness was more satisfactory.

Staff were very friendly and approachable. Bar area was comfortable and welcoming.

Maybe smallest room I have ever seen...not even a 1 star ibis budget hotel had such a small room size.2nd person couldn't walk round the bed to go out.

More room facilities would have been ideal, such as: water ketel to make coffee or tea, refrigerator in the room will be nice, a telephone in the room ro call the reception etc....

Great stay. Staffs were friendly and always with smile. Room was spacious and clean. They even provided free coffee and soup at the hotel lobby. Like it. Good location, near to the train station.

Pleasant

Paid for parking in advance and stayed there because they had parking. I was arriving late so wanted ot be able to park and go tot bed. Got there and spent 30 minutes trying 2 separate car parks of theirs, no parks in either and my reserved car park was taken. I had to pay for parking on the street. They did not assist with this.
