Nice staff, good wifi, modem bathroom

Fabulous location. The receptionist was excellent- intelligent, charming, knowledgeable, helpful,. The room TV was not working, but a repair person promptly attended to it, replacing it when it could not be fixed. Good restaurant attached.

In the first place, to us staff makes the difference. We stayed short, but everyone we interacted with was overly welcoming, kind, pleasant, but also very professional. The a-la-carte brakfast was presented almost as you are in a fine-dining restaurant. The room was very spatious, perfectly clean, and modern. The parking in the backyard is convenient, and with a reasonable fee of 15 eur/day for such a central location. We wil come back for sure!

Fantastic hotel, I was in the mid of December, and the location is perfect—right in the city center and ideal for visiting the Christmas markets, main streets, and cafés, all within walking distance. The festive atmosphere and surprisingly good winter weather made exploring even more enjoyable. The hotel is few steps away from the Just a few minutes’ walk from Ban Jelačić Square, which was beautifully decorated for the Christmas markets and full of festive atmosphere during our winter holiday.The room was modern, warm, and quiet, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a-la carte style, fresh, tasty, and well organized. You could enjoy fresh food cooked, and the fresh juice was awesome. Highly recommended the hotel

For me great was the new experience in this hotel. Breakfast was very good staff was great and rooms are great. Parking space was good it is Zagreb city center so it is important.

Great location, we had 2 rooms, both comfy and clean, staff very nice (girls from reception, cleaning ladies and a girl from the breakfast), breakfast a la carte was really good. They have parking which is a big plus.

Location is great in center of city. Comfort of hotel are fantastic and special service of stufs.

The location was close to the city center, from the terrace you could see the Cathedral which was being renovated, but it was still very impressive, and also the rooms were super clean. Not to mention that I really liked the mattress, it was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

The location was perfect and also great to have parking at the hotel. They had all of the amenities you could think of.

I love the concept and the room has everything you could need. Would probably be a little cramped if there for a while.

The room itself was small but the way the bed, bathroom and other living space was set up made it not matter. The bed itself was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and designed well. The location was excellent as you're within a 5 minute walk of most of the major attractions in Croatia. The rooftop terrace was also a nice perk. Also, the complimentary transportation from the airport was a big, big plus and was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.

My only issue with the hotel is that the reception area is part of the bar on the ground floor, so you're not sure you're checking into a hotel when you walk in the main entrance. Once you figure that it's no longer an issue. Also, one oddity to me as a US citizen is that the door to the hotel and my room pushed inward as opposed to pulled outward, which could be an issue if there was a fire as you'd normally want the door to swing out from where you want to leave.

Clean modern small but efficient room. Parking available on the property which was in-the center of the town, rare commodity! Staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful terrace on the top floor.

The property is well located, the staff is really friendly, its a really nice hotel!

There ain't much to do in Zagreb, so I just recommend staying 1 night.

The hotel is located in the very center of the city. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the room was stuffy even with the air conditioner on.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant staff, who were very attentive during breakfast and even prepared a special turkey sandwich for me, as I don’t eat pork. The sandwich was not even on the menu which is why this thoughtful gesture meant a lot.The room was spotless, very clean and well-maintained, and the terrace was a real pleasure to enjoy. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were quick to assist and always with a smile. Location was top notch.

I was absolutely delighted with my stay! The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the amenities top-notch. The à la carte breakfast was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Loved the low key and quiet atmosphere of this hotel. Super clean, pleasant new hotel scent and well decorated. It is walking distance from the city center without the hustle and traffic. 24 hour front desk service is a must when you are staying in a foreign country and you don’t speak the language. It has a la carte breakfast if you choose on your reservation, that it’s excellent ! Great thing to choose if you don’t want to be scrambling for a place to eat breakfast early in the morning before your tours. We had Noel as a waiter in the mornings and his service was SUPERB!

I can’t say I didn’t like anything.

The bathroom has glass walls and no way to cover. I'd like some privacy while doing my business in bathroom and would prefer some curtains.
