Beautiful boutique hotel. Very upscale.

The only thing that was frustrating was that you do not have control of your air conditioning.

Very helpful staff with good recommendations to explore. Great breakfast buffet. Room had large windows with lots of light, and bathroom was good size. Our room was right next to the elevators, which I was initially concerned about but we couldn’t hear anything in the room, so they seemed well insulated.

Parking was a bit expensive, though extremely convenient.

Very good hotel, excellent service, very tasty breakfast with a good variety, spacious and clean rooms. Thank you very much and we definitely recommend it.

You could not turn on the heat on the thermostat and the tv is not a smart tv. Or if it is the smart features are blocked.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast great and we add also amazing dinner that was part of an autumn deal in the hotel that included also massage. In conclusion, everything was perfect!

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel has a very central location to the city of Zagreb. Staff is excellent and very forthcoming. Breakfast is good. Hotel has parking that you can use (for a fee). Hotel has a nice cozy and stylish bar downstairs where you can relax and have a coffee or a drink.

The square on which hotel is located has tram lines passing through it so sometimes it can get noisy, might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were very kind, informative, and helpful. The food was pretty good, though I honestly just had soup and salad. The waiter was particularly attentive and good at his job. It was a convenient distance to/from the airport.

The hotel itself had an odd smell when I walked into it, and overall it looked a bit frayed, a little worn and old. I also didn't understand the instructions on how to use the safe, which was annoying. The fitness center had one treadmill, one bike, a few weights, and one or two other machines. The yoga mat I used to stretch on had a huge sweat stain on it.

Everything is great, nice location, very clean and spacious room. Hotel staff is very friendly and massage in spa center is perfect. We will back again!

Had a lovely one night stay at La Premier, the staff was very polite and helpful. We could easily walk to the center so location was excellent. Our room over looked the big roundabout so the tram could be a little noisy. Breakfast was delicious, fantastic variety. Would definitely stay here again!

I love this hotel, especially their cigare humidor

Usually i am satisfied with this hotel when i take the regular rooms but last time i was in an expensive suite and the price and the amenities were not in sync The tv have the only the free channels, no possibility to connect your phone or use netflix or similar, the hairdryer is a cheap one, you have to request a ironing board and iron, they use this fixed soap and shampoo dispenser that are very impractical of use For 350 euro a night, you would expect all of that. It's not a lot i admit but well it spoils the whole experience.

This hotel is just PERFECT. It was so clean and the staff was amazing! Rooms were big and bathroom brand new and spotless. The SPA was free and it was amazing to wind down with a sauna and steam bath after a long day exploring. Loads of restaurants and things to to nearby - the location is perfect. Couldn't be happier with our stay here.

Room was large, well equipped and clean. Beds were very very comfortable.Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner was very good . Breakfast was outstanding. Very central location.

Nothing to complain

The front desk staff was exceptional. The room was palatial and had all the basic amenities.

The restaurant staff was abominable and the quality of the food, not great. Many features in the room were not very user, friendly or intuitive, and it took me a while to figure them out. The room was pretty loud. The place overall had a kind of strange vibe to it.

Really phenomenal. Superb facilities, great room, comfortable beds. The restaurant was one of the best dinners we have had in the past year--really spectacular service, ambiance, and food. The breakfast was impressive.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, which was wonderful because our flight had just been canceled and we were spending an unexpected extra day in Zagreb. They whisked us down to the bar so we could sit comfortably with a cup of coffee while they got our rooms ready for us very early. We had to leave too early the next morning to be able to enjoy the breakfast, but otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. Extremely happy we chose Hotel Le Premier and would definitely do so again.

The hotel, staff, and everything were great! The breakfast was excellent, and the receptionist was phenomenal—very friendly, helpful, and informative. I highly recommend this place. You will love it!

Disappointing for a Supposed 5-Star HotelI chose this hotel based on the 5-star rating on Booking but unfortunately, the experience did not match the expectations.The photos online are much more impressive than reality. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, so guests can’t adjust the temperature in their own rooms, the safe didn’t work, materials of low quality, basic breakfast (blueberries only in the pictures), in conclusion:room felt more like a simple motel.. old carpet, basic furniture and a basic desk with water bottles and snacks on top of it... This is not the level of comfort, amenities, or service I would expect from a true 5-star hotel. Would not recommend.
