very clean and staff are friendly

Cleanliness was something that blew my mind. Probably the cleanest rooms and facilities I have ever stayed at. In the room everything was working, nothing broken or forgotten about so all in all amazing two nights stay. Breakfast was nice, and most importantly fresh. Not the best for 4* hotel but in the category of very nice breakfasts.

I only wish I had bathrobe to use but not the biggest issue so I can’t say I didn’t like it, I just missed it.

Was one stay/night without breakfast. Room was nice. Position garage and fast way to reception desk.

We have celebration close to hotel and to our way back in hotel night receptionist didn't greet us once we entered in hotel. We literally passed by and two of them doesn't greet, ask, or any interaction with us. I believe this is not way of hospitality. I working 25 years in this business and for me this is not acceptable.

Booked one room for two adults - price was OK (on the expensive side with breakfast included, but acceptable). For second room, we had two adults and one baby 1-yo). Baby sleeps in same bed with parents but we were forced to book TWO adjacent rooms and pay double to price - totally unacceptable.

everythinf except what i mentioned down below on what i dont like

they didnt have any ventilation on wc, and the ac wasnt working right i couldnt set the temperature and the fan speed it wasnt working at all. other wise everything was fine

Excellent staff front desk, cleaners, restaurant staff superb.Enjoyed our stay and very close to central bus station.

The breakfast was super so many choices to meet anyone’s dietary needs. Bravo. Staff serving breakfast very pleasant and helpful.

The staff are awesome, Marko at the bar, total legend. All very friendly and make the experience and exceptional one. Fantastic breakfast also.

We consistently choose Hilton Garden Inn when we have American friends visit Zagreb. The property is vry conveniently located near the central station, so we can visit the city center. On-site parking is a big plus.While the property is 'Nice', it's the People that drive our experience ! We get treated like royalty at HGI Zagreb. A good example is Dora, who met us for check in. We were early... hoping just to store luggage and visit the center until rooms were ready. Dora easily learned they were already prepared, then checked us in early with a smile. Dora also helped us with a map and advice for our adventure.Most important, Dora was mentoring young several employees at the moment. She comfortably demonstrated all the skills that make guests feel valued and appreciated. We and our friends are all Teachers... so we notice good instruction.We hope you will congratulate all your staff, and especially Dora. Their sincere and friendly Customer Care are the reasons we recommend HGI Zagreb to all our colleagues. Hvala Lepa ! E & R

Staff is great and place is very clean.

Location is a bit far from Old Town, and prices are too high for what you get.

extra parking fee, i find 20 euros just to expensive, or it should be included in price not misleading the real costbtw the garage was almost empty

Proper room, proper services.Good breakfast.

In the restaurant I could not add the dinner to my room, because it was not ringfenced. I hoped a little bit more trust from the side of the hotel.

Nice hotel with nice parking for a big car. Staff is friendly, the room was nice and clean. We chose it because of the parking and that they allow dogs. :)

Connecting family rooms.

Dirty towel left in one room. No minibar. Arrived at night and no food available to order.

Great location, clean and comfy rooms.

There were no glasses in the toilet and we couldn't find any slippers.
