Hotel Diplomat

Location was very convenient for us, as we had an early morning flight, 13 mins to airport.Very clean, updated and modern. (Note: shower water pressure was great)Awesome staff, I would like to commend Gordena (hope I’m saying it correctly), such a helpful and overall great person.They also had a restaurant, we had chicken a burger and beef burger, fantastic.

Mini fridge was emptyThere were couple of mosquitos, maybe they made their way in earlier, it happens.

Hotel is not located in the city center, but in a business district.If you are travelling with car, want to avoid heavy traffic get a free parking, a comfort room, great breakfast and nice staff...this is a perfect place for you to stay

Facility is great, staff kind, very comfortable room and floor heating is a big plus.

Location is not perfect, but still hotel is very accessible.

The 3rd shift staff was great, the parking was comfortable and seemed safe, the room and particularly the bathroom were very cozy. Would love to stay again. The breakfast was very rich, with the great variety.

Il just "complain" about the brekfast food. It was kinda, tasteless. At least the scrambled eggs and the small sausages i had in the morning. The bacon was awesome.

Friendly staff and clean.

Situated in the middle of nowhere. I was the only guest for two nights. Food ok, but not sure how fresh some of it was. Also tried to charge me for drinks amd food I did not have at check out.

The hotel is very nice, rooms clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed pur stayFor us the location was great as we travelled from there so it was easy to reach all we needed

Location is perfect. Around 15 min of driving from City centre, you can park your car at Importanne car parking and walk into your Advent fairytale. Staff on the front desk (Ivan) was very helpfull. Its very clean, restaurant ia very good. You have free parking in front of the hotel and it is secure.

The hotel is far from the center, but this is not a big problem, the bus stop is nearby

The air conditioner was very dirty and debris fell from it when it was turned on.

Very nice hotel with great modern rooms. The shower and bathroom was huge. Kind hotel staff and good restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was also good. We will come back.

There was no coffee machine and no papertissue in the room.

We chose this property to be close to the airport. We took an uber to the city centre so we still managed to visit Zagreb even if just for a few hours. Breakfast and dinner were also good.

Location was great for the purpose of visiting capitol city and all facility needed was close. The room was very spacious. with very comfortable beds and very clean. Breakfast very good, different choices for everyone, especially the bread.

staff was helpful they assist me to get a taxi at 3 am in the morning, room was clean, plenty of parking and delicious breakfast

The entrance to the front of the hotel was narrow and only good for one car to enter, driver need to be attentive that no other car will be enter or exit.

Comfy beds, very clean rooms, nice staff, beautiful furniture.

Quiet area, just few minutes to the city, nice staff ,TOP A/C system, upgraded room, free parking, great continental breakfast, Highly recommended.
