Space and very easy to find

The curtain of the shower… and lack of explanation from receptionist. wrong room number fee etc.

The breakfast was easy to reach and it was usually fresh.

There was not a lot of options and it was all just a little bit underwhelming

Staff were the best room was great restaurant was ok food very good free parking .

Unfortunately, no bottles of water in the room . One small elevator.

Location was good and the breakfast was reasonable

The sound proofing in the room was lacking. We could litterally hear 24,7, the clicking sound of the lights across the road. The room needs some maintenace and painting

The room was very clean and had all you need. Great value for the cost. I liked the free parking and facilities.

For the location is not near city center, but it is ok if you have a car.

Best value for money hotel in Zagreb. If you are a couple and are looking for a 4star hotel in Zagreb with a reasonable price, than look no further.

Casino, restaurant, big room!

Staff were very helpful. Air conditioning was very good. McDonald's right across the street.

In Croatia, bedding is split up. Right next to a main road so there was some traffic noise. It dissipated quickly.

World-class brand new hotel, casino & restaurant. The breakfast buffet was magnificent. Staff are courteous. Free parking. MacDonald's & Croatian bistro are right across the street and the boulevard. Taxi to the center city is reasonably priced.

The staff in the bar were more interested in chatting with their friends than actually doing what they are paid to do.

Breakfast was great. And they have free parking.

Not my type of hotel — the carpeted floors and overall dated decor just aren’t to my taste, and the room felt a bit worn. That said, I was traveling for business and needed a place with free parking for one night super last minute, so it served its purpose. It’s not a bad hotel, just not my style. I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

I don’t mean to complain, but the bed was so very firm it felt super stiff & was hard to get comfortable.

First of all, I have reserved the most expensive room in the hotel, suite with terrace.This is the worst hospitality I have ever experienced in my life.In the suite was to cold, we have politely asked the reception to warm up the room, and that didn't happened and we woke up in cold.Then, the second worst thing I have ever experienced is that I have ordered cappucino from room service and they have charged me with a "breakfast in room" extra.So the bill wasn't just 2 cappucino's in the bill was included something I have never ever heard in my life. "Breakfast in the room" which we didn't order or eat and they had an explanation that this is the charge for bringing the coffee in the room.So the worst ever service in my life!

I was arrived about 11 p.m,and staff was so friendly and they prepare for me and my son launch paket.I was so greatfull for that,because everything was closed.The room is beatifull,clean.Big plus for caffe maschine and caffe in the room,that is excellent,I can. drink first morning caffe in my room I will come back definitely,Thank you for everything,Kristina and Mario

Nice and friendly staff, I got my room quickly.There is a Casino where you can play anytime of the day.

This hotel could be rate as a 3 stars hotel.The room was at street side and very noisy.Breakfast super low option unfortunately.They didn’t have allergy free and parquet floor rooms.
