Situation easily accessable, public transport, location near park, railway station nearby, surroundings good

The lobby/bar closed except for short time in morning. Would have liked to get snack. Staff could have been more helpful regarding touristic activities

On the first line excellent location, comfort and clean room, quiet and good for sleep. Good public garage nearby.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was very kind and courteous. The location is perfect. It is centralized and a walking distance from most places There's a taxi station right across the hotel and the central tram/train stations just a minute walk from the hotel.

The elevator. It was operational at all times. However, since the hotel has only one elevator, it created long wait times when multiple people on multiple floors are all trying to use it at the same time. There were times I resulted to using the stairs since it was taking forever to reach my floor.

This was our 5th time staying at Central. Staff is always welcoming and friendly in multiple languages. Rooms are modern and clean. Location can’t be beat. Breakfast is solid. Plus, it’s pet friendly!

No complaints at all!

Location is awesome- just a few steps from the train station and max 10 min walk into main square where you have access to all public transport. Breakfast was good, although not many choices for a vegetarian. The staff was super helpful and the gentlemen at the front desk always smiled and gave great recommendations. Our second room (#118) was fine and a good size for 3 people traveling.

We arrived late, closed to midnight and realized our room (#106) was tiny, the bathroom even smaller. You could step into the bathroom and that was it. The double bed's header was worn out, the room had no windows (which does show on some of the photos) but with the room size we felt like we were put into a basement closet. Next day the front desk assisted and put us into another room and it was fine. However, since the price is the same for these different rooms the value what you will get is definitely not the same. I recommend that the hotel either changes its pricing and offer a lower price for the small room or just make it a double room.

That the room was too hot! And the aircondition did not work in cooling mode. They said to me that I should open the window, which I did to being able to breathe and sleep:)

Room was comfortable and breakfast was good with lots of variety of foods on offer. Location was great, only 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping and restaurant area.

Room A bit cramped

Great location, near the train and bus stations and a short walk to the main city attractions. The free breakfast is exceptional snd baggage storage is available.

No complaints but the coffee/bar had very limited hours.

Location is close to the train station and bus station, and as well as to major attractions.

Since the hotel doesn’t have its parking lot, it is inconvenient to drop off and load luggage. Breakfast is very good

The rooms were overall very nice and clean. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient as it was at the opposite side of the train station.

Breakfast could be better as there was little variety. The reception area was too small. The Bathtub was uncomfortable to get in.

Fantastic breakfast, great location! Pet friendly, too.
