Just a little far from the City Center. Not much in the area open late at night (after 11pm on weekends).

Good location, easily accessible to the main squares and the old town by foot. The staff were great and helpful. The hotel is contemporary and clean. I stayed there twice ten days apart and had very good experiences. The breakfasts were very good.

Spacious and modern

A good solid option if you’re looking for a convenient place without shedding too much money to stay in Zagreb. The location is great about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The hotel itself is quite basic, but it gets the job done. The rooms are simple and functional, offering what you need for a short stay. It’s a good choice if you’re not looking for anything overly fancy and just want a clean, practical place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

Very helpful staff, wonderful facilities and great furnishing. Location is undoubtedly good. Will definitely return :)

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable with a large working desk. The hotel is only a short walk to the city centre (15 minutes). The food at the hotel is wonderful, and the service is as well. It is a great place for business or leisure. Clean, comfortable, cosy, natural products and very professional and kind staff. The parking garage is connected to the hotel and costs about 15 EUR a day, which is a good price. Different coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and stores are close around.

Clean rooms with nice vibes. The beds were super comfortable! Nice location. Not too far from the center and the Christmas market. Nice bedding and decor.

The parking could have been a bit easier. It was an okay price I guess for a daily rate but I think with the overall cost of the room it could've been included.

Room was spacious and we had everything we needed. Easy check in and clear information about parking.

Walls are thin - we could hear vacuum cleaning in other rooms in the morning (this woke me up). Also reception misinformed us about we will not need reservation for restorant type trattoria, when I asked if they could make reservation for us. Maybe it is easier to say you do not do reservations for guests...

The stuff was helpful in English as well as in Croatian.

The blanket was extremely warm. It would have been good to have a lighter version to choose from from the cabinet.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting Zagreb and have consistently found it really nice. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

The only downside this time was that the room temperature was too high and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very comfortable and larger than expected. Additionally, we had a wonderful view over Zagreb from the 8th floor.

The breakfast was weak… it was good but not as „outstanding“ as advertised. In our opinion it was only average, i.e. the bacon was dripping in fat or the scrambled egg was still raw inside…

Excellent hotel and a relatively short walk to the city center. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities and a great breakfast. We were so happy with the stay that we booked an additional night for our return trip. Would definitely come back if traveling again to Zagreb.

Clean and nice room, good location, parking is easy too. Staff was helpful.

I could not sleep as two rooms next had kids who were loud and playing and crying till 1 am and despite asking fromt desk, they could not solve it. There should be kid free floors as this is unacceptable. Also they didnt have a wet floor sign and me and another guest slipped badly when leaving the elevator in the morning. This could have been a serious HSE event if we were not fit and young and broke a bone or else when landing on out backs.
